This place was an absolute life saver for me today. I had a tire explode on the highway last night and ended up having to get towed 60 miles to Indio where I hoped to get a new tire today. I had my car dopped at Keylors Tire after hours and had to come early this morning to hopefully get help. The gentleman working this morning were able to not only help me, but get me a new tire for only $60 and have me back on the road to Los Angeles in a matter of 20 minutes. Now THAT is some fantastic service if I've ever seen it. Overall, the guys at Keylors Tire are super fast, super helpful, and an amazing value at that. This is my second time to this shop and I am always giving the best treatment, and deals, and they are honest, and kind. I thought I needed more than one tires and the gentleman told me no just one; I really didn't have the money and he could have told me otherwise, but he kept it 100 and saved me a few bucks to make it back home to Blythe CA. I drive down here from Palm Desert literally anytime I need any tire work and just for general tire and wheel questions. They are super nice and helpful and don't try to upsell you. I will come here forever because of how friendly and knowledgeable they are. Another tire shop closer to us quoted us $50 to patch, then said they couldn't patch it and to get a new tire, tried to sell me all new ones, a credit card, etc. I thought I'd take my business to Keylor for a second opinion. Came in to get a used tire out on. Had a flat tire right near them and only had one tire with my specs. Tire was worn and wasn't worth the 50 dollars he quoted me knowing I needed a tire. Should've put the small spare on and drove it to Garcia's tire in Palm Springs. Same day driving and the under inflated tire warning comes on. Must of sold me a dud. Hustling a customer due to needing of the customer is a poor trait and that's exactly the vibe I got. Go to Garcia's Tire if you looking for customer service. I had a sidewall blowout about a couple of miles from my house. I drove it home slowly and put on the temporary doughnut spare tire. I was planing on getting a new car within the year, so I was loathing the cost of an expensive new tire since I didn't want to put anymore money into the car. At any rate, I called Keylors Tire and asked if they had a used 225/55/R17 tire. They did and told me upfront that it would be $55 installed. I was relieved that it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg for a tire replacement. I drove over there and had the tire replaced within 15 minutes or so. I highly recommend Keylors Tire. In the summer when work is scarce and I need tires I roll into this easy to spot tire shop and I can get some pretty great used tires for under $40!
