Hopped on the wi-fi and finished up some correspondence. After about a half hour, I was called and told my car was ready. Wow! That didn't take long. When I asked what I owed them for the service the reply was' "Oh, you don't owe us anything. It's part of the service we provide our customers!" What a fantastic way to build customer loyalty. Follow up is apparently an optional service for the managers of americas tire. On Saturday, I had a 9am appointment. I was told service would be completed by 1045am. The receipt the tech handed me said 955am estimated. The completion text message came in at 935am. At 1115, 2hrs after my appointment, 3 hours after arrival and check in, i asked for my vehicle. The tech told me "looks like the got the tires on but not the alignment." Wrong. Not only did they not put the tires on over a nearly 3 hour period, they attempted to keep my new tires. After be assured we would be contacted regarding the issue on Monday- we finally revived a phone call from Larry on Wednesday offering to "comp" the installation. 1. It's not comp'd installation if it happens nearly a week after the original appointment. And 2, Wednesday is not Monday, Larry. Do better.

I had my car dopped at Keylors Tire after hours and had to come early this morning to hopefully get help. Even though they were already closed, he took the time to help me and ordered the correct tires for my vehicle. The next day, my tires had already arrived. I went in, and the team took care of everything exactly as promised. They completed the entire job in about two hours and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Big O Tires was also about $400 cheaper than the other shop, had the correct tires in stock, and provided excellent customer service from the very first phone call.
