I can not appreciate this business enough. I was running errands with my young child, we returned to my car to a totally flat tire. I tried to add air but the air leaked as fast as I could add it. As I was driving to a doctors appointment I realized my tire had become very low. I'm 9+ months pregnant and needed to make sure it was safe to drive. my good neighbor recommended me; the owner is related to him and he knew that so I expected good service. I have a 1999 suburban, brand new engine from the dealer, I paid to have it detailed. he tells me the suspension is broken and it was a good thing to have it fixed all with brand new parts, february 2019. $ 1178 I get my car back with grease everywhere and a loud noise when I turned left so I took it back and he "fixed" it September 2020 my car breaks down on the freeway with my family in it. the shop where I had it towed tells me the suspension is broken and has to be replaced. $ 1100 need I say more ? read more

How could I forget to review these guys last month?!?! I had a wonderful experience here! I called in a panic about a 2 tires for my vehicle because of wear and tear one one and WRONG TIRE SIZE on the other. A female answered the phone and she was friendly, patient and helpful. Initially she stated the tires would arrive the following day, however due to the urgency of me leaving the country, she said she would try and get some in the same day and give me a call back. She called back shortly after and told me to bring my car in asap. Everyone at the shop was so friendly and professional, even after I advised them that I didn't have the tiny key to unlock my tire valve caps. They had the tool and got the job done! This Company is the worst company to take ur car to. Oscar doesn't do his job professionally he cuts corners and leaves,some cars,very unsafe to drive. I know this because of an inside source. I got 4 used tires. It was pretty cheap. One of them seemed to be defective and I had to go out air in it. When that happened the stem broke. They aren't responsible for my stem breaking since it is the one that comes with my car. They replaces the stem for free the next morning. All and all it was a good experience. Other things in my day was going all wrong but they did what they could to keep me as happy as possible. They were very friendly. I was in PS for vacation and noticed a flat two days before my departure. I was forced to get a tire 2 months before my lease expired. Oscar and Son, that's what he calls his son, Son.... helped me look for a used run-flat. Unfortunately, we did not find one. Oscar and Son tried patching the tire 2x and that didn't work either. So we had to buy a new tire, bummer...... the thing is, I needed my car and instead of forcing me to leave it all day, he popped a used tire (regular) for the day so my vacation wasn't ruined. If I could give the a zero I would. Our truck was brought there by another mechanic that got sick and couldn't do our job. Oscar left our truck unlocked over night and we got robbed. Almost $600.00 worth of items. Plus all the parts for our job. We called the police and Oscar in front of the officer swore he would make it right. Now of course he won't pay. I needed a quick fix to a puncture wound in my tire and he and his staff was courteous, fast, and all around awesome! They were able to get my fixed up and back on the road in no time. When I told them I was headed out of town on a long drive they even went the extra mile and checked the air in the rest of my tires. The patch they used held up and is still going strong! I needed tires urgently, and didn't have a spare. The front tires were fairly new, but had gone flat. The back ones were just about used up. Someone had recommended this place as a good, honest shop that would take my relative poverty into consideration, and would do the best they could for me. The person who looked at my tires discovered that the ones I wanted replaced could be repaired, and repaired them very cheaply. The ones that were bad, he was able to replace for a good price. We talked about other work I needed done urgently, and he was kind but insistent that I take care of them as soon as possible, as my safety was involved. I've found my new mechanic. It's a full-service place, with a pleasant waiting room, a kind and honest staff, and time to make sure everything is as good as they can make it. Be aware of this business. They are not licensed with the bureau of automobiles to do auto repair. They destroyed my spindle causing thousands of dollars of damage to my Nissan. Then when I went to the shop to discuss the matter they physically threatened me requiring me to call 911 because multiple employees surrounded my car photographed my license and threatened my life. Furthermore, they prescribe to a web service which removes complaints posted by their customers. Refused to provide receipts when they performed work on my automobile and reported lies when the police arrived to provide safety from their physical threats. The phone number of the bureau of automobiles to verify the above complaint is 951-782-4250. They actively engage in the practice of fraud and misrepresentation of facts. The bureaus of automobiles is currently investigating the business. read more
