I got a bouquet of flowers from here that were absolutely beautiful! It was a gorgeous mix of Pink & white lilies with orange white roses with some baby's breath and greens for filler. It was such a cute bouquet and the flowers smelled wonderful. They were wrapped beautifully and really made a great gift. The florist was very helpful in preparing the bouquet. They even saved some lilies over the phone to make sure we got the perfect one. Just a heads up, they could work a little bit on their bow tying skills (maybe just leave off the bow when you get it). I went here yesterday, walked in said hello no response. This girl was on phone with the stinkiest face no reply. A man in the back no reply just looking at me. Then a lady comes by the counter. Very unwelcoming energy. I ask her what I'm looking for and it just gave I was bothering the establishment. I asked her for 25 roses. She said 7 per rose. I had to pull out my own phone to calculate. I left based off the energy and price because other spots was charging 3 for short stem or 4 for long. She claim due to Mother's Day that's 6 days later by the way and the INCOMING tariffs. I'm very sadden by the lack of empathy this business displayed, my mother passed away last week. Due to the pandemic, many florist are closed or out of business. I found this location on Memorial Day and due to the holiday they were closed. I called this morning to see if I could come in to set up the floral arrangement, and made a plan to get to the store in an hour, but for any one planning a funeral you know there are many unexpected changes. Once I arrived to the establishment the lady at the desk was not very kind, i got to the store at 2:00 pm instead of 12pm. Due to the attitude I asked my husband to talk to her once she finished with a customer, while I double checked some information with the funeral home. I stepped outside to have a discussion with the funeral home and her comment to my husband is that I need to get my priorities in check as I'm making funeral arrangements for my mother, for a business that deals many occasions in need of flowers this woman displayed a huge lack of empathy. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. All you did was add stress to an already stressful event such as the lost of a mother. I pray for you, that God will soften your heart and that you will never make another potential customer feel the way I did. Fortunately, I found another business that was kind and able to assist with my need despite the short notice. Neither I or my mom scheduled her death. Beautiful attitude and amazing floral arrangement at the last minute. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to fill my order

I have ordered funeral flowers from other florists too many times to even count and i have never complained about any of them, however i was embarrassed when i saw the arrangement that was delivered. The bill was over $200 and the wreath was so small that it looked like i spent $75, even the baskets that were there were larger than my wreath on a stand. Maybe they thought i was not going to attend and that i would not see them and hope for the best, but this was the most i spent for flowers and it was the smallest. They should be ashamed of themselves especially for this sorrowful time. They offered me a 20% in store credit, but i have no use for dishonest people and i would never order from them again and you can keep your store credit! If i was able to give no stars , I would do that. read more

I was there over the Mother's Day weekend and the place was packed!!!! No surprise. The flowers and service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and in great spirits even throughout the madness. I will definitely return. read more
