Easy to schedule. I scheduled for 2 for pedicures. The $43 pedicure was not worth it for me. They did a decent job on my friends nails but mine looked rushed and the coats were uneven, my nails weren't filed or cut straight, my heels weren't smoothed out (I have a $10 feet pedicure machine that works better than theirs at home) and the lady did not say one word to me unless she wanted me to upgrade it like my friend did. The lady my friend had was very nice to her, asked her about her day, offered her water, asked if she liked her nails, etc. Also, when checking out the lady I had kept saying cash for tip when I didn't have any, but my friend lent me the cash so I didn't have to tip her in the card. I walked in with no appointment. It was early around 1030 on a Saturday and I have never been here I didn't know this location was here but I had gone to get some coffee and I realized I needed to get my nails done quick before all the appointments were taken. Fortunately, it was still early and this location was able to take me right away, there was no waiting time. My nails were done by Betty. She is super nice actually everyone there is very friendly very nice. She took the time to ask me exactly how long I want it my nails what shape I want at my nails she did a great job she wasn't rushing me which is one big deal for me I do not like getting my nails done and they're constantly rushing to get the next person in. So that was a big plus for me that she took her time and she was in rushing to get to the next client. After all my nails were painted, I decided to get a little design on one of my nails and Tracy was able to do a quick design that I really really like. It's one that I usually get and she did a great job. I definitely recommend both Betty and Tracy. They're so nice and so friendly I will definitely be coming back. read more

Came here to get my nails done with my MIL and BF both were from out of town. Due to the reviews I made appts. My BF nails came out okay, they were not even shaped and when she asked to file them a bit more the lady got a bit upset. As for me, the lady who did mines was very nice and friendly but she did not do a great job. My MIL nails came out okay too. I guess it depends who does your nails here. I arrived at 11:15 waited 30 minutes before the service began (no issue since I was aware of the wait), left at 1pm. Received a simple pedicure - got the Atlantic kind which I thought was $30 (pretty basic, no Hot stones or anything fancy) and gel French was $40 something but my total was $53 which was a slight surprise without tip. Walk in as new potential customer. Female staff was not friendly greeting, told her I needed a "fill & pedicure." She's staring at my fingers and asks" what you have on nails" well, I obviously have acrylics if I needed a "Fill!". I saw three full chairs and two empty chairs with one staff not doing anything. Another lady opens a book and mumbles "can you come back it's holiday weekend." REALLY? It's only Wednesday! I walked out. They weren't friendly, and acted like to lazy to work. I was a bit disappointed in the atmosphere and condition of the place. Perhaps the great reviews made me expect something a little more upscale (peaceful, nice looking, less shouting back and fourth among the staff in their foreign language). I have absolutely nothing against people whose first language is not English, but do find it uncomfortable, particularly when I am someone's client in a professional setting, when they carry on a conversation in front of me, potentially about me, during my service, in a foreign language. I wish the person doing my pedicure was more comfortable with English. I'm not a chatty person so didn't need the socializing, but a basic introduction, and being able to understand what he needed me to do, would have been nice. The basic pedicure I got was fine. He didn't skimp on the massage, which I appreciate (thus the stars). But I definitely didn't get the feeling anyone here cared whether or not I ever came back. My friend was sent away but they forced her to make an appt for later that day. Disappointing that we couldn't spend that time we planned together but no big deal, she just went somewhere else since she had to work later. My pedicure was rushed and half the time I was left alone because some else had to be checked on over me, despite me being there first. My manicure was done during the pedicure and was extremely uncomfortable; I couldn't even enjoy my pedicure. The end results of my nails were horrid. I love this place. Linda does my lashes and I go in about every two weeks for fills (because I am a picky bitch who can't stand for them to ever look less than perfect) and my lash extensions are the longest size available. She has a great playlist and great conversation if you feel like talking, but she doesn't talk your ear off if you feel like quietly relaxing. Her work is wonderful, I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrive. This is the best place I've gone for lash extensions and I've been doing them over a year. They stay on longer than average I believe because she is so thorough. Her work really speaks for itself honestly. WARNING FUNGAL INFECTION!!! I was going regularly until the last time I got jabbed by one of the tools and it hurt but I didn't think much of it. We planned to do a full new set the next time I went in so I decided to grow them out as the limited experience I had when he went to remove them was painful (the jabbing) and as the finger that got jabbed finally grew that nail out I discovered a fungal infection from the jab. I'd noticed that they didn't clean their tools but thought "I trust them, I'm sure it won't happen to me." Well... news flash. It DOES happen to you. It's also much more painful than I thought it would be. Thankfully I have a phenomenal doctor who's already got me on the mend so this is a slightly healed version of the infection. The pain goes bone deep and travels to the other fingers. Please let this be a serious warning to you. They are incredibly sweet here but this ... no one is so nice that they should be allowed to do this. read more

Very disappointed with my experience here. My sister and I called ahead to make sure they could get us in for pedicures. They said they could get us in right away. They sat us down and gave us the list of different kinds of pedicures that we wanted. We both picked to get the "pro" pedicure. After picking what we wanted they then told us that they only had time to give us the basic cheap pedicure. So what the hell was the point in even asking us what we wanted if you didn't have time to give us the pedicures that we wanted??? My sister actually received a massage with her pedicure..I did not.
