I went home and just convinced myself it was good but after a week I finally did my hair and discovered I had many chunks of uneven un-blended pieces. They charged me $340. The hairdresser also took advantage, put serum in my hair withholding that he would charge me $50. I never asked for it nor did he disclosed how much it would cost. I even tipped my hairstylist over 20% so a $400 haircut essentially. I messaged my hairdresser about this issue and he just told me to come in so he can take a look... I don't have time to drive 45 mins for someone to look at my hair. I would like someone to tell me they will fix it and it was their mistake. My intuition tells me it's not worth coming back. I just can't trust his work ethic or the salon. Transparency and honesty is so essential.

Your stylist is usually not available until 15-30 minutes after your appointment. For example, I waited in the waiting area for over 30 minutes this morning and then double- checked with the receptionist to see what the holdup was -- just to find out my stylist hasn't even clocked in for her scheduled shift. My time is just as important as everyone else's, so just remember we have choices when it comes to stylists :)

She was unfriendly and did not care to check with me what I wanted. She couldn't understand my instructions well and when I showed her hair length (and told her repeatedly to check with me before cutting) she cut off 10 inches off my hair. I wanted layers but because the hair was already cut so short I couldn't get layers as it would have reduced the length further more. I was so upset with the service. I was offered no apology whatsoever and instead the head staff told me maybe we should put water on your hair and ruin it even more for wasting our time! Do not recommend the stylist or the salon to anyone! You may see comments from them on my post saying how I'm lying and they did their best, you can choose to believe whoever. As a paying customer, my service was not as expected and the customer service was terrible.
