Much-needed eyebrow threading done on a beautiful Saturday morning, and the girl who did my eyebrows understood exactly what I wanted.

In my 60s I no longer have the brows that I used to have and I do not have the vision to keep up my brows. Time for a salon to do this. First time trying threading. The lady that's not Sarika is nice but does my brows too thin/uneven even after I said I'm growing them out and don't want them thin. She does not listen and seem to only know one way to shape brows for all and this does not work. This is the second time this has happened (last time she did them better) and I'm tired of growing my brows out for 3-4 months to have her make my brows thin again. She will never touch them again. I can't seem to catch Sarika so I may have to find a new place after over a decade. read more

Traveled to Perfect Eyebrows today for the first time and enjoyed my experience. Sarika threaded my eyebrows and she did a really great job. She was patient, took her time and was incredibly friendly. Before getting up from the chair, she asked me if I liked my brows and if I was happy with the service and I said...YES!!!! Looking forward to returning in about 2-3 weeks. Here is a tip: There is parking in the shopping center that Perfect Eyebrows is located but make sure you park in the spaces reserved for Perfect Eyebrows or you will be towed. Horrible customer service, rude owner, and medically unsanitary policies (I.e. no rescheduling facials when skin is inflamed and peeling). Edit: the owner just wants to collect ClassPass payments without allowing customers to reschedule the appointment for valid medical reasons. If the business wants to collect/keep a prepaid fee, they need to provide the service - anything else is stealing. Deepak admitted on the phone that he is perfectly capable of rescheduling the appointment but that he chooses not to so he can keep the fee. He then accused me of lying despite the fact that I explained and demonstrated that I cannot get a facial today due to a reaction/inflammation on my skin. Deepak's response makes no sense either - "so she can keep using her points"? Yes, I would like a refund of the payment I made and you ADMIT you received, because you refuse to reschedule the service to a time when I can actually receive a facial without further harming my skin. Any reputable esthetician will work with a customer, especially on a medical issue like this. I get no benefit from rescheduling an appointment other than getting the service I already paid for. I generally like this place as my fiancé comes here a lot but the last time I went, the eyebrow tech cut my eyebrows so bad and I have scars and scabs all over my brows. I didn't catch her name and not trying to be rude but the newest lady really hurt me this time. Hoping it doesn't get infected as the cuts are deep. The other girls there are good but request someone with more experience. Especially when you're paying $16. Also note to mgmt, train your new staff better please. read more

Watch out for this joke of a business. Gets you towed because they're jealous no one comes in. Towing company is a block away, too, so they probably get kickbacks. Was actually looking for a new brow spot but this is one way to never get my business, or the many others they tow. read more

The problem with mediocre threaders is that they seem to think they need to give us "our money's worth" by overthreading. I am paying you for your experience and discretion. I am not paying you to overthread my brows and make them look worse than when I came in. My eyebrows had more shape before I showed up. Also when I pointed out a patch of missing hair suddenly "my hair is not growing properly in that area. " Right, take Responsibility for your overzealousness. The prices are high for this area. The only pro that I can tell is that they have a lot of parking and the place is clean. read more

Sarika took off a lot of my eyebrows and was such an important day for me and then she was saying that my eyebrows were like that even when I showed her pictures from this weekend and they are Wayne's thicker. Had a great experience with Jyoti today for eyebrow threading and tint (she works Fridays and Saturdays). She kept my eyebrows full, as requested, but shaped them so nicely. The tinting helped make them extra full. I did overhear another customer who was happy to see Jyoti because someone else there apparently had not done as good a job. So, perhaps there is a bit of inconsistency with staff. Next time I need threading, I'll return. I've been to one of Yelp's 5 star threading places and I'm much happier with my brows after coming here. read more

Concerned about social distance practices. No wipe down of chairs, use winded but had to ask. No 99% grade cleaner. Beware.

It should be a crime for this store to still be in business. They think they know what you would like more than you. Only good for thin pencil looking eyebrows. You'll be growing your eyebrows back out for months. read more

3.5 stars! I've been to this location 5-6 times in the last year due to convenience. So far, I've had a great experience. It's small, clean, they are fairly quick, and for Arlington, this is one of the few locations that has parking. Cons: be specific about how you want your eyebrows. Sometimes, when you have really short hairs, they try to pick it up and this was the first place to make my eyebrows bleed. Next time, I'll be more specific. In terms of cost, they are a bit pricier but for Arlington, that's ok. read more

I can't in good faith recommend this place any longer. It used to be that the prices were great and the services were as well. I've been here at least 5 times. Unfortunately, the quality of the threading depends on the person performing it and if it is anyone other than Sarika, it is not good. Not only is it painful, but I sneeze constantly and break out afterwards. The most recent time, the technician threaded my brows straight across and now I have to try to grow them out to get an arch back. Each time I go, the price increases. They also have different prices for credit card and cash. One time I tried to give her $25 so she could give me $10 back and she was so confused that she had to have someone translate and after 10 minutes I just paid with card instead and left. Another time I waited *45 minutes* and was still waiting when I left to walk around the block. read more

Just went for first time since covid19 quarantines. I would come here and dupont threading prior to then-- wherever was convenient at time. When you arrive you're given a pager and asked to wait outside or in car. When they're ready for you pager will buzz. All staff were wearing masks and lots of hand sanitizer present. I got my brows shaped and they look great! I was pleased with service before Covid 19 and glad they're open again and taking safety precautions! read more

Happy to have found this place as an alternative for when my regular eyebrow lady isn't available. It's not very close to home, but not too far either. I've gotten my eyebrows done here once so far. The lady who did my eyebrows was really nice and welcoming, but I thought my eyebrows turned out just okay. There were several smaller hairs that she didn't get and I wasn't thrilled with the shape - it wasn't terrible, but not what I prefer. I had even asked her to just remove the strays and not shape much since I didn't plan on going there regularly. I'd come again as a back up option. Other than threading, they also offer facials which I'd like the check out one day. What I do love about this place is that it looks really pretty, there's private room, and plenty of free parking! read more

I've gone here about 4 times since they changed locations. I've had a few different women. they were all awesome at shaping brows. I have fair skin so my brows aren't too thick (and I get them done every 2-3 months). The ladies there have never over plucked them. I also have had other hair on my face removed- I haven't had any problems at all. Every time I go there, it's a quick, painless experience and my brows look awesome :) read more

So glad Perfect Eyebrows is in the neighborhood. I have been to their Tyson's location a few times and have always been impressed. I used to go to Dupont Threading in Courthouse but parking is an issue there and there was almost always a long wait. This location is super convenient (next to Gold's Gym) and has lots of parking. I would definitely recommend going to Sarika, who is fast and good. I had someone else one time - it was on a Saturday morning before Sarika got in - and she was definitely slower and not as good, so I now call before coming to make sure Sarika is in. read more

The location is incredible as there are plenty of parking spaces and the work-space is very clean. The inside is nicely decorated but could use some music or something as the environment is quite cold and awkward. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because I am having a severe reaction to my service. I went in for a simple eye brow threading. When I got in the car my friend noticed part of my inner eyebrow was missing which was a bummer, but there was nothing I could do to bring it back so I didn't go back in. My skin was on FIRE since the second I left, which is relatively normal when you're getting hair pulled out of your face.. but over the lest 4 days I have formed a severe rash and pimples all over my forehead and brow area. So now I have crooked/sparse brows and a cute rash. I DID NOT apply any product to my skin such as makeup/moisturizers/creams or anything because I am fully aware that you should not apply product b/c your pores are vulnerable after hair removal. I get my eyebrows done often but this is my first time here as I just moved from Houston. When the lady (who was very kind and professional) began working with me it was way more aggressive and painful than I had previously experienced. My skin just keeps getting worse so I think I may have to go to my Dermo to get some ointment or something. It's sad because I was very hopeful for this place:( perhaps I can try it again if they have a more gentle approach. Update: The owner called me and said he'd use a gentler organic thread on me because I may be allergic to the normal thread they use. He was very professional and tried to settle the issue. It definitely is hit or miss. Some of them are better than others while others are horrible. I've had times where they thread my eyebrows too thin and other times where they are even. As most everyone else has said, Sarika is great. She's always done a good job with mine. They are no longer in the mall. They are located outside next to the golds gym and fresh bikes store a couple blocks away on wilson. read more
