It was convenient to pick from the picture samples they had on their website. I was able to choose the color scheme and design and pay online. The price included nearby delivery to the church. If you're not familiar with this style, each rose is individually wrapped making the bouquet look very big and lush. She also offered to glitter the roses. She was very good at guiding me and offering different styles and colors. I wasn't too picky, it was right after mother's day and I was ordering to pick up less than 24 hour turnaround, but she was so accommodating. She offered wrapping related to the event. Also, the HK style must slightly preserve the roses, she said that bouquet would be good for weeks - I was also doing another regular bouquet and just let her know I wanted something pretty and fresh looking. She offered various color schemes. When I picked it up day of, she offered to put a small balloon in the bouquet that matched the theme of the event - I let her know we would be out and about for a long time and worried the flowers would dry out but she arranged the flowers in floral foam and then wrapped it all in waterproof wrapping. We were out for about 8 hours and they still looked great - The florist was so sweet and accommodating. We needed one really nice flower arrangement and then tabletop arrangements. I was surprised to find that other florist in the city were not open on Saturdays and would not deliver on a Saturday, but Brea florist took care of everything for us The arrangements were beautiful, fairly priced, and most of all took the stress off of our family very quickly We actually use the large arrangement to place flowers at the gravesites of other family members later in the week! She has a large selection of orchids and lets you choose which ones you want, but if you can't decide for yourself, then she'll handpick the best orchids for you. She is extremely sweet, packages the flowers very nicely, and even insisted on bringing it to our car for us. She also provides a card for you to write a message on (she doesn't do banners btw), which is a really nice touch. She grows orchids and various other plants. Her prices are extremely affordable and she even packages what you buy. We told her we were looking for something to gift and she very kindly handpicked her best flowers and even wrapped with a bow and gave us a card to write on too. A true hidden gem she deserves all the support to keep her shop running:)
