He is all about enhancing natural beauty vs. making you look unrecognizable, which I appreciate. He makes you feel at ease and you can totally trust him. I'm thrilled with my results and will continue to go back to him. Recently, we had an unfortunate situation where our toddler son got a cut by his upper lip that required sutures. We were so fortunate that Dr. Kang was able to squeeze him in during his busy day. He was so patient and great with our son. Some residential parking but impossible to find. No private parking lot. - Despite appointment made and arriving on time, I still waited at the lobby for 35 min before being passed in. Trying to contact them to resolve it will be a huge waste of your time. I paid the copay with my FSA card and then months later, they charged my FSA card without my consent for a supposed balance. They made a mistake in their billing system by ignoring the reduced-rate that they agreed upon with my insurance company and then billed me for the rate difference. This is basically insurance fraud. It takes hours to reach someone on the phone and then even if they agree that it's a mistake, nothing gets fixed. They just push the matter to their outsourced billing company where the matter dies. Or they make up an excuse that it's my insurance deductible. Even when my insurance company calls them, they again tell them it'll be fixed but then nothing. It's likely they are not actively trying to commit insurance fraud but just made a mistake with their billing. But they will not take ownership of the mistake. They will say anything to get you off the phone by making up claims with no evidence or supposedly escalating the matter to another department. They will not give you their full name, contact number, or even department name. Their treatment seems fine. But their billing is horrible. Pay with cash. Or go somewhere else.
