Avoid This Clinic - A Devastating Experience‼ There are no words to describe how terribly this procedure has affected my husband and our family. A hair transplant is an intimate and deeply personal decision, often driven by low self-esteem due to hair loss. Unfortunately, our experience with this clinic was deeply disappointing. They initially promised 3,500 grafts, yet my husband received far fewer--around 685 were actually implanted. When we raised concerns, even the doctor acknowledged that the number of grafts didn't look like the 2,700 they later claimed, let alone the original 3,500. The procedure itself raised serious hygiene concerns. I was present during the shaving process and personally witnessed that my husband was shaved in the same room where the surgery was performed. He was not cleaned afterward, nor was he offered a fresh gown--he was expected to lie on the surgery bed still covered in shaved hair. The entire procedure felt rushed, seemingly to ensure they finished by 5 PM when the office closed. After my husband posted an honest review about his experience, the clinic offered a small financial settlement--but only on the condition that he remove his review. Rather than addressing the harm caused, they appeared more concerned with protecting their reputation. This is not just about money; the impact of this procedure has extended far beyond his appearance. It has affected his emotional well-being and, in turn, our family life. Instead of properly cleaning my scalp, they just wiped it with alcohol. * False Graft Count: I was promised 3,500 grafts, but after the procedure, they claimed they implanted 2,700. A professional evaluation later revealed I actually received only around 690 grafts--a shocking difference! * Minimal Doctor Involvement: The doctor was barely present; most of the procedure was done by staff. * Deceptive Marketing: They spend more on advertising than patient care.
