The staff were very nice and sweet and that's what the 1 star is for. However, the quality of the work, horrible. Ive been trying to strengthen my nails and did regular polish instead of gel, hoping itll last at leasttt a week. I got home and my ring finger nail chipped and cracked and had to cut it short. By Tuesday my nails started chipping and mind you I dont even do house work or anything like that. I had ONLY 3 gelX nails for removal, but was charged a full GelX removal. Mani pedi combo for regular polish was $55 ended up paying $75. My cuticles were not cleaned all that well either, theyre almost all still there. Over all I wouldn't go back. read more

Greeted by name by manager (made an appointment). Very clean!! No tvs which I like, just 70s music which I like because I'm a woman of a certain age and it took me back to high school. Had a deluxe pedicure, which was in the $60 range and included sugar scrub, hot stones, extended leg message, pedicure, cuticle oil, in all a lot more than a basic pedicure. My technician was Tobi, who was very skilled and quiet (I don't like to talk during manicures or pedicures.) I was offered (and accepted) a drink, soft drink or mimosa or wine. The manager checked on me mid pedicure to make sure everything was going well. So much courtesy and customer service! They take cards without making you feel bad about it and I tipped in cash. Pedi was good- nothing major no scraping just a sugar scrub was rubbed on my feet but the lady was extra gentle so I left with no cuts and all my toes in tact lol - my full set was done amazing- I believe her name to be Holly, older beautiful lady who you would not think would do your nails the way she did - she had the most steady hand and polished glamorously done.. the price was up there and not thoroughly explained before hand well at least I don't remember it being explained that I would be paying $125 almost two hours later but the ambience of that place was very peaceful and I was given a snack and a glass of wine, complimentary but I feel like I paid for it. Let's start with price. It's $75 for the builder gel which seemed high. They said I was getting a 15% discount but the tip was on the full amount! Theresa did my nails. She was extremely nice. She gave a whole new meaning to the word perfectionist. My nails look great. It took an hour and 45 minutes for the whole process. The shop is beautiful and very sparkly! Bry is the BEST. She took the time to listen to my concerns (Im a dog groomer and am super rough on my hands. My nails never last Im lucky if I get two weeks out of them its usually less. Which is obviously disappointing and frustrating because its not cheap! And the other groomers I work with dont have that problem ) She was super thorough. Made sure I liked how they were looking multiple times throughout the appointment ,was open to giving me suggestions and sharing her opinion on what she thought would work and look best. Tiara Nail at 2750 Little Elm Parkway in Little Elm is divine. The atmosphere is so calming and the decor is elegant. No TVs, soft jazz-like music, no rowdy children. It is the perfect place for "me time." I have been coming here once a month since December 2025. I receive the classic mani-pedi from Holly (mani) and Choi (pedi) each time. Holly is very gentle with my super thin nails and I am beginning to see them getting stronger under her care. Choi's pedicures are incredible. She has "the touch" when it comes to foot and leg massage. I sleep so much better the night after she works on my feet and legs. Bless her, she is patient with my ticklish feet, too. The daughter-mother owners, April and Nicole, truly have the gift of hospitality. They learn your name, they keep notes on the colors that you really like, and they touch base with you periodically during your visit to ensure that you are comfortable and to offer snacks and drinks.
