They said they would be back in 7-10 business days to bury it. They never showed up. I have been calling them every couple of months, saying my dog is going to rip it off the pole or outta the side of the house. Well it finally happened last night. I called @spectrum again and told them what happened. Told them not to send another service technician out if he couldn't bury it because I already hooked backed up. Guess what? They sent another service technician and left it laying on the ground AGAIN!! The service technician Robert was great. I am upset with him or his work. I am extremely pissed at @spectrum . I was told even promised by phone support that the cable would be buried today. Robert called his supervisor while he was here today. Put him on speaker phone and was once again assured someone would be here within 7-10 business days to bury it. @Spectrum let's see if you will keep your word this time. My experience with this is why so many of my friends and family finally dropped wired service and went to wireless internet with T-Mobile or Verizon. I missed this in my initial conversation. That's a huge red flag. I don't know of another internet provider that charges for installation. The guy came out on a Sunday and got me hooked up or so I thought. Not long after he left it stopped working but due to my schedule it took them two weeks to get back. I told her the type…read moreof phone I wanted and she presented me with my best option. i was surprised at the low cost of the phone itself and the small amount that the added line will cost monthly. Turns out that the more lines you add, the less each line costs. My previous provider was Tracfone (which has a limited service area and very slow internet search capabilities). I was paying more for that service per month than the additional cost of adding a line to my existing Verizon service.

Some are professional and polite and some are rude and passive aggressive. If they want to keep customers they should fix their infrastructure and re train some of the employees on how to talk to a customer. I am more than a monthly bill but some of them don't understand that.
