Never received prior notice of this insane increase. Called multiple times regarding the matter. Each time, I was "referred" to someone else. Finally talked with a rep who said a mention of the increase was on page 3 of statement. Never received statement. Then I was told that I should look up my account online "every" month to verify my monthly bill. I was told that bc I was an existing customer, they could sign me up for SAME svc I was receiving at $60 for only $105. No, thank u.... BOTTOM LINE: If u use XFinity/Comcast, read ur paper bill thru page 3 snd/our check ur bill monthly online so u will know if ur bill will also double. Bye XFinity!

It…read moretook me weeks of negotiating with Comcast over the phone to finally get them to give me an RMA so that I could return THEIR equipment. All the time, they were trying to upsell me to not only keep their service, but to upgrade it. FFS, how hard is it to understand that I am CLOSING this office and don't need their internet service or equipment? +++2 months after I finally got the account closed and equipment returned....I got a call from Comcast regarding them having a serice order to MOVE our internet service to another location. NO! It took me like an hour on the phone with them to convince them that we were no longer even a Comcast customer! There was a time, long, long ago, that Comcast used to be an exceptional company. Now, their call centers are staffed out of the U.S., and they have COMPLETELY lost their focus on any sort of customer service or satisfaction.

A - You get a lot of pissed off customers that will flock to your competitors. I am now one of them. Despicable treatment by a group of totally untrained, uneducated, incompetent L I A R S First call 10/17 - This is where I lost 51 minutes of my life trying to explain an issue to their incoherent representatives. First Eileen who was totally useless. Then her 'supervisor', Jasmine who guaranteed me I would receive an email from someone on their tech team within 72 hours, Ticket #1-236907879796R2. It sounded far-fetched, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. 10/24 - As anticipated, no response. Called again and spoke with Sierra who again, was of no use. I asked to AGAIN speak with a supervisor. After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. Tomorrow, it's my turn and I will be one to hit the disconnect button and terminate your services.

After visiting my dad for a few weeks, I have concluded, I would never have this provider. Even on fair weather days, my dad has interruptions at random times throughout the day. With no weather conditions , no obstructions and installation provided by professionals, I find it completely unacceptable to charge over $100 per month for an average plan.
