The first young man who waited on my was A+++. I explained to him that I have cognition issues and…read morehe was more than patient with me. He helped me pick out a phone & Accessories and had no issue explaining and re explaining everything. As he was transferring data from my old phone he said the apps would take about an hour to down load so I could leave and come back. So I did. I retuned in about an hour and a half. The person helping had gone to lunch so another employee told me "here's your phone." So I sat at the desk and looked at my new phone. I asked him why the apps looked funny and he said I had to hit the app icon on the old phone to reload. I believe he sherked his responsibility and didn't get that done in the First man's absence. It was taking a long time and asked him how long it would take. He said he didn't know. I started to have difficulties and had to call apple. Having a new phone in my hands and being on the phone with apple I was having trouble navigating my phone and began to escalate. The man who was charged with helping me just sat on a stool and wouldn't help. I asked him to put my new phone on speaker and he did. Never offering to help. 3hours later, I asked if they had a ladies room. I was told no. I said "I just spent a grand in your store and I can't use the ladies room. So some other man said I could look at the bathroom and agree I would not sue if I fell from the stuff on the floor. I asked where there was a bathroom I could use and was told Good Will Store. That is up a hill. I need replacements in both knees and have a bum ankle. So I just sat there. I then went to Starbucks NEXT DOOR and I was allowed to use the rest room without any purchase and was provided a lock code. Eventually all my apps finally loaded. I'm a 65yo woman from South Boston who survived bussing in the 70s who still rides a Harley. I have more testosterone than all the white boys at this store combined. The young man who was patient, kind and PROFESSIONAL deserves a promotion and a raise if not for exercising his patience, he should get one for showing up for work with those clowns.

Well recently traveled to a couple of different area's of Washington state & Idaho where I have always had excellent service, now it is non existent! Recently was up by Tacoma, Washington & had NO SERVICE. My family was trying to reach me, I didn't even have text service. Called US CELLULAR & she couldn't get my phone to ping off a nearby tower. NOT ACCEPTABLE. So I changed to another carrier & purchased a new phone, no more problems. Sorry US Cellular, but you failed me!

I try to not give many 1-star reviews, since they often come off as overly emotional, but I've…read morereally only had bad experiences dealing with Spectrum. We've had their service for about a year, and while the internet speed has been moderately better than CenturyLink, it still leaves MUCH to be desired. As soon as you sign up, be prepared to be ABSOLUTELY inundated with spam letters, email, and calls. You will be CONSTANTLY sold to. Even when I've asked over the phone to stop getting promotional offers, it continues. I've opted out online as well, and they keep rolling in. If you change your address, it's a $50 transfer fee (which no employee mentioned to me). They sent a new modem, that I didn't ask for and didn't need. Nobody told me they were sending it, and I had to drop it off at UPS. If they spent half as much effort on customer service as they did on promotional offers and talking your ear off over the phone about why you need their TV service, I wouldn't have any issue with them. I would honestly have been a pretty satisfied customer had they just left me alone. I've attached a letter I received, which caused a small panic due to the appearance (yellow paper and the phrase "IMPORTANT NOTICE Open Immediately"), but was just about *surprise surprise* how my home is eligible for an exclusive price on TV. It should be illegal to send a letter that purposefully looks like some sort of final notice. All that to say, as soon as the Gorge gets with the program and offers a better option for high speed internet, I'm sure 99% of Spectrum's customers will jump ship... unless Spectrum starts paying an iota of attention to their customer experience. It's very expensive for less than mediocre internet. Definitely missing Stephouse in Portland; those guys were incredible.

When calling spectrum they said; basically,... tough. Internet providers are hooking customers on false pretenses & they have similar ethics as politicians and lawyers.
