Not the biggest fan of Mr Dimon but I am a big fan of Chase Bank at Country Club Gate Pacific Grove…read more, especially Ms Grover .When they closed Chase at Lighthouse PG I begrudgingly drove across town to my new bank locale , walked in and was welcomed immediately by 3 or 4 employees . One from the tellers zone waved me over and as I approached her I began to lament the closing of the branch on lighthouse . She stopped what she was doing and just listened. When I was finished venting she asked what can she help me with . Just need cash I said the ,the auto teller outside doesn't work . She could tell I had my jaw was a little twisted by now .She immediately produced the cash I wanted and as I turned to leave she stopped me and said By the way Mr Grover we have the same last name ! I stopped dead in my tracks we had a great conversation about our last name /possible relation of which I won't bore you with but just as a new customer walked in she stopped ,said gotta go ,let's talk latter .
