In sacramento you get a call center and have a difficult time getting in touch with personnel from the bank. I was able to get in touch with Andrew and he's great about calling back. He scheduled me a meeting quick and broke down the details of our accounts to help us understand how we could save $$$. I had a poor experience with Benny Tiet. I was trying to…read morepurchase an insurance plan and I had a meeting with Benny at his office. The meeting took forever because Benny did not listen and insisted on continuing to talk, talk, talk. I could not get a word in. After a meeting that took over an hour (that should have taken five minutes) Benny said he would get back to me with quotes and options for policies. He never did. I called back twice to inquire about my quotes and each time I was told "sorry we'll get that over to you" and they never did. I eventually gave up. Benny was a big waste of time and energy. I went to Triple A and they took care of everything the same day.

Not only did she help us navigate the comparisons between various underwriters and policy options, but has also helped us do so in a timely fashion providing whatever support was needed during our close. She also helped me find a policy that covered us completely when we did (unfortunately) have a claim. Overall, the experience has been terrific!
