Since returning from overseas, I have closed my account here and opened one at Rogue Credit union due to the platinum credit card emptying my account with charges, and the customer representative being rude and unhelpful while also telling me she could not wait to retire. Online- a fraud team rep was unclear about how many bank accounts my elderly parents had when I was helping them to understand what was going on. Chase allowed a con artist to take 10,000 cash out of the account inside the branch, with a withdrawal slip that had obvious handwriting differences. read more

I have been using Chase Bank 8 years. Compared to all the other banks I have used over several decades, I can say that I have never been as satisfied with banking. I currently have a total of 14 separate personal, business and mortgage accounts with Chase. My local branch in Central Point, even though it is just one of many Chase Bank locations, is reminiscent of days when the bank was locally owned and family minded and everyone knew your name. So I have been in customer service for many years and I find the service lacking at the Central Point Branch. I opened a new account and what I find is that they are understaffed which makes people have to wait longer. After opening my account I never received anything (like a packet) to tell me my account number or anything so that I could get my mobile banking and bill pay set up so I tried to call and no-one was answering the phones. I find that unacceptable for the largest bank in the world. Long story short I couldn't get that info so I had to go into the branch again to get it. Im glad you are protective of our info but obviously I am not the only one who has left a less than positive review. I've recently opened several accounts and had the completely positive. I worked with Annalee who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Certainly, the whole Covid thing has stressed all businesses, but even my first visit which was without any appointment, I was welcomed and asked to wait for the next banker to be available. I was then able to open my first account right away. I made appointments for subsequent visits and had no problem at all. I'm actually surprised to see negative reviews - not my experience at all. read more

Terrible customer service. Wow, you go in to open an account and there are no bankers and two tellers who don't even greet you. Then they say they don't have time today to open an account. Seriously? No customers and you don't have time? Definitely will not be back! read more

Traveling through, not my bank but they were all smiles, heard our story and helped us quickly and efficiently. Didn't get this service when we walked into a different bank in Medford 10 minutes earlier. Central Point was a cute little town and loved the friendly and accommodating smiles of the cute little gals in this bank. Had to say something! Made our frustration switch gears. Even gave our children and pup treats! Made me want to move to this town! read more
