This is a small newer branch it has a drive Up ATM / vestibule with ATMs that allows access after hours by using ATM card or mobile wallet. It has an Amazon pick up locker. Parking is shared with other businesses in the center. I have not gone in to the branch in some time so I can't speak to staff. read more

This chase bank is honestly one of the worst I've been to because 75% of the time, the ATMs are malfunctioning. It's extremely annoying cuz you have to drive to another one which just shouldn't be a regular occurrence. The tellers have always been nice/helpful. read more

Chase has mismanaged my accounts!!!! Talking to customer service and other departments has been worthless!!! There is a substantial sum of cash in accounts that they are not using to pay the same monthly auto payments set up for each month!!! WHAT is going on with this branch? Every visit is a harassing nightmare. -- My wife went there yesterday to make a principal payment on a car loan. Well, Chase won't do that at a branch, they make you wait 48 hours to call in and play the phone game, but we never even got to that point. -- The teller told my wife the account number was wrong. It wasn't. I logged in to the Chase app and screenshotted the account number. Teller Zero still insisted the number was wrong. I asked if we could search the account some other way. Teller Zero said no. The only way to do that is if I left work and made the 50 minute drive to the branch that closes in 30 minutes. Teller Zero said to bring my ID, etc. My wife just walked out and went to another branch. -- At the next branch the teller smiled and greeted my wife. He typed the account number once, it was perfect. He gleefully took her cash without harassing her for ID or demanding that I present myself. The transaction was done in under one minute. -- I bring this to Yelp from utter frustration. I tried talking to the branch manager, not going to happen. I called their customer service, in the Philippines. The rep told me that they have no path to talk to the branch. The 805 W. Foothill branch is convenient to us... but we just need to avoid it from no on. They are too dysfunctional to exist in this capacity. read more

Jeremy as always is a class act. He was able to give my husband and I better peace of mind. My parents are having issues at another Chase branch and though he couldn't find the solution due to it being outside his scope he was at least able to eliminate some of our concerns. This branch constantly have problems: shortened operating hours, unexpected closure, non-working ATM, etc. It is extremely inconvenient to use their services. 1/3 of the time when I need them, something of theirs is not working and I can't get stuff done. This bank is __NOT__ convenient for business banking. It's worth it to drive further to the next location. I was a walk-in 10 minute transaction and the business banker (was told only 1 at this location) says he was booked and I have to make an appointment to see him because he usually gets booked up. He had a 3pm and a 4pm and said he couldn't see me to get my 10 minute transaction done. It's no fault of his own but I have to make an appointment for every single transaction I need to get done for my business? That's like the complete opposite of an easy banking experience!. Again - no fault of the banker - but this branch should either specifically state business banker by appointment only or staff up to handle business banking walk in matters. read more

Worst experience ever! Brenda the manager at the store is so sneaky and I think a bit racist. I used to work for Chase a few years ago. They have a promotion for opening up a bank account. Well, she wouldn't accept the papers I took when they was nothing wrong with it (she ended up taking them any ways). She did this to bid time so it would be over the 60 days. I went in to the branch today to dispute a charge on my account. I went in early to avoid the busier times of day and hopefully get quicker service. There were 2 people waiting to speak to a banker. When I asked how long the wait would be, she asked what my need was. I told her and she referred me to the 800 number for quicker assistance. I was not happy with her rejecting my service and brushing me off as I wanted to do my business in person. I went to the window to take care of my other business and as I was leaving, I noticed her laughing it up with another banker who both, were available and clearly had time to assist customers. I went to the parking lot to dispute the charge via the 800 number as she suggested which took 35 minutes. During that time, I watched the 2 people that were waiting to be seen, leave the branch having completed their business. I was still on the phone trying to resolve my issue. I am extremely unhappy that my bank would refuse to assist me no matter the circumstance. I will be shopping for another financial institution to bank with; I have options. read more

I like using this branch because its usually not busy and you can get in and out real fast. The tellers are very friendly and if you want to listen, they will tell you about all the specials that Chase is running with regards to credit cards. For instance, they are currently running a special on the Chase Freedom Card where if you spend $500 in the first three months, you will get $200 in credit back. read more
