I don't bank with them as they are unreliable as a customer driven credit union that takes care of the customers. As such, it's only right for me to update my experience and rating. I've developed what I believe is a very good relationship with the branch manager and her staff. Suji and tellers Melissa, Maria, and Niina are always incredibly nice, patient, and willing to help me out. Yes, this branch appears understaffed at times (usually Mondays and Fridays) and the wait time is a little longer than you'd expect, but due to my banking relationship and good customer service they've demonstrated, I'll continue banking here for as long as this branch is open.

After about 10 days, several phone calls to the Citibank Fraud Department, and several trips to the bank, my funds were cleared. Bank employee Ricardo Larios was very professional and courteous during my interactions with him. However, my experience otherwise was very frustrating, including the manager telling me he would take care of me, and stating that he would call me when the funds were available (no longer being held hostage), but he never did. And the Fraud Department even hung up on me once. Citibank is a horrible bank. Their lines are long and slow going because they typically only have one teller window open. I closed my accounts and took my money back to Wells Fargo Bank, where I receive much better customer service. If you're considering doing business with Citibank I highly recommend that you go elsewhere.

She just kept insisting that it cannot be done and that there's no way for me to get a printout that doesn't cut a part off. I requested for Stephany and waited for her. And let me tell you ! Stephany got it ! It wasn't easy she kept having to print multiples one to see what would work. And after the 5th try she got it ! I almost cried. This was a time sensitive matter and she was able to help me with it. I appreciate Stephany's professionalism and kindness ! I DID NOT feel like I was an inconvenience or felt rushed.
