Came in to make a deposit into my business account. None of the bankers wanted to help me- I came 30 mins prior to closing. The tellers said the bankers were busy or with clients but they were just standing around talking to each other. Do Not Recommend coming here if it's for a business purpose. They just sit here in their suits and twiddle their thumbs. read more

It's a bank, but I do not understand why they no longer allow customers to use the drive - thru. Seriously, you have no choice but to park and go inside the bank. Also, to use the restroom, an employee has to accompany you through an "employees only" door. Not my favorite location. read more

So not happy with Chase. They make it seem like this Private Client thing is so special. Well it takes forever to get through on their special Private Client phone number. I waited forever finally got some guy who I went through some issues with and I end up being disconnected. One would expect that he would call me back. Well that never happened. So then I go through it all again and call back. It seems that when I opened an account they forgot to put in their coupon code. And they can't add it now. They need to get in touch with the person that open the account. She's on vacation. They try to call the branch but it keeps going to voicemail. Do the Private Client call center can't seem to call a branch to handle a situation. I am so not happy with Chase. Too bad. read more

We are Private Clients and own 3 small businesses. We applied for PPP the day it opened and not only was the application process a nightmare, taking multiple tries, but all 3 businesses were told yesterday that they ran out of funds. We tried to reach Lawrence at our branch who supposedly is always there for us- nowhere to be found, no return emails, no forwarding to someone else if he was out, gone or sick. No one at the branch would help us, they deferred with no one we could talk to. Vineeta, our private banker said her hands were tied. We literally have everything currently running through Chase between our businesses, our mortgages, our credit cards and other assets/ financials. We are moving ALL of our assets out of Chase over the next 6 months. The "Private Client" assignation is an empty promise with no substance. Truly awful, we are done. read more

This particular branch, I love. The tellers and bankers are friendly and very knowledgeable - however.... I'm a former WaMu customer, and frankly Chase, in and of itself - stinks. I personally do not care for them - at. all. I was a (mass) victim of this: http://www.consumeraffairs.com/credit_cards/chase_credit_cards.html - where as, when Chase purchased WaMu, they slowly axed any WaMu customers Visa Card. No rhyme, no reason - just because. (You can Google.....) Today I received a notification that my once "Free Checking for Life" will be a $12 a month service, no longer including *anything* free. Not even my "free checks for life". I'm disgusted. I called Chase only to get the standard "We're sorry for any inconvenience. WTFever. How about fraud vs inconvenience. I signed a contract with WaMu, Chase bought WaMu and isn't adhering to that contract. I'd stay far away. I'll be moving my accounts with them in the very near future. read more

I think Chase is a pretty good bank overall. They have state of the art equiptment & a lot of branches. However here is my experience with this particular branch. I once deposited cash in the ATM & the machine ate it. I walked inside & a banker helped me out. He said they would file a report & I would have to wait a few days. I noticed while the banker was talking to me he was on his computer on ESPN. I left the bank feeling I had accomplished nothing & I decided to call the bank manager & told him about the problem & he went ahead & credited my account until they got my money out of the ATM. The manager was very nice & helped me out. The banker didn't help out at all & was on ESPN online while talking to me. I understand things happen but this is the only Chase I have had problems with. read more

If I could give negative 5 stars. For multiple reasons I don't like this bank or location. Bottom line is a reason to charge overdraft fees and service fees to open up additional locations at the expense of minimal wage folk who have a difficult time of making ends meet. Chase advertises on television about overdraft notices and even goes on to show how quickly one can transfer funds...not so. Not all debits are notified, hence additional overdraft fees!! This bank has drive thru and a really big parking lot. There was no line when I went and they even offer a complimentary station for hot chocolate, coffee, and water. Very friendly customer service! read more

I've never had a problem with Chase. Everyone is very helpful, they make sure all your questions are answered and they don't try to excessively upsell you like some of the other annoying banks. This location also has 3 drive up atms and 2 inside atms. So there is never a long wait. read more

I'm in the midst of trying to close a deal on one of our listings and the buyer is working with Chase. It has been one of the most unprofessional and frustrating transactions I've worked on. As a Realtor who does a lot of business in the area, I would never recommend this bank and will be highly advising any buyers we work with to not use them. I was kinda forced into Chase when they bought out Washington Mutual. Transition period was rough at times and I do miss my generous overdraft limit w/ Wamu. People say they may be "too big to fail" but I tell you what, if this country goes into another crisis like we had in 2009, I'd much rather have my money with Chase vs. Some small neighborhood bank. All the banks that failed during the crisis were small independent banks. Chase never even had a problem so bottom line your money is safe HERE. i used to bank here when it was washington mutual, and that was bad enough, but i think it's gotten even worse as chase.

My company banks with Chase, as do I. I went to this branch on a Friday, just like have every week for many years, and worked with a woman by the name of Sonji Lusk, who I have seen before, but never spoke with. She looked at my paycheck (again, drawn on funds from that bank and that branch). After a few minutes, she LOUDLY told me that my check had been cancelled by my company and could not be deposited. She intentionally and loudly humiliated me on a busy Friday at the bank a block from my place of employment. When I asked for her manager, she told me that she WAS the manager, and continued to verbally abuse me. When I told her that she needed to call the office, she threatened to have me thrown out by security. Luckily, one of the other employees realized how badly she was behaving, and took me to his office, where it was confirmed that there was a bank error and that my office would have to cut a new check, but he was very kind and apologetic. This was far and away the worst experience I have ever had at a bank, and Sonji Lusk should not be allowed to interact with customers on any level. She had no respect whatsoever for my privacy and made a huge scene that was completely humiliating. The company that I work for does a large amount of banking and indirect lending through Chase, and I will make sure that I do everything in my power to steer business away from this company in the future. As I left, I commented that I would be in touch with Tim Lee, her manager, to which she responded by threatening me. Ridiculous policies. I purposefully used the chase bank ATM because I needed a $10 bill. Much to my dismay, this ATM only dispensed $20 bills. So, I took out $40, paid my $3 processing fee and stood in line to get 2 - $10 bills for my $20. The employee told me he refused to change my $20 for 2 - $10s because I wasn't a chase customer. Um, I just paid a $3 processing fee! That makes me a chase customer!! Luckily, someone in line took pity on me and changed my $20 for me.
