If you're just coming here for the ATM's then it's great (they have the ones where you can withdraw higher amounts), but other than that if you need to speak to an actual employee regarding the smallest thing like an overdraft fee then you better grab a chair (literally). Went in there today (always a long line) I signed the sheet to be called by an associate & everyone was complaining that they had been there at least 45mins-2hrs waiting to be called & that no one had even come by to look at the sign in sheet. The customers were so irritated that they were telling me this out loud (seriously loud, like the whole bank could hear) & still no employee approached us. I left & called the Chase # & my issue was resolved within 10 mins! I feel bad for everyone that stayed there waiting. read more

Horrible wait times! There's no business window so if you have a business account make sure you plan to be here for at least 45 minutes before you can get to the teller. It's currently 4:30 pm on a Friday and there are only 2 tellers at the windows with a line of over 25 ppl. Next time I will drive farther away to another chase bank and get taken care of faster. When you run a business time is money and I definitely don't want to keep loosing time and money by standing in line here . My guys had told me how bad of a wait time it was here but I didn't think much of it now. Definitely needs a business window and more tellers ! read more

I never had a issue with Chase indirectly persay but for the most part what I hate is the in person service at this branch that I go to. I only ever come to this chase because they have my saftey deposit box. The problem I experience is the fact that I need to sign in and wait behide all the people who want to speak to bankers about opening accounts, fraud, stupid questions, and people who want sit and talk for an hour to a banker. Why do I need to wait behide these people? Why do i need to site for 30 min just to get to my box? Why cant someone just open the door so I simply get what I need and go? I love Chase Bank but I hate the fact, that they have been closing some of them down and merging them.. This bank is always packed and the parking lot is hell.. They only have like 3 bank tellers and there is always at least 20 people in line.. Don't go here if u are a newly wed wants to add your new married name to your spouses chase account ,,, here is my story: Came here today with my marriage certificate , letter from social security indicating my new name and dmv Interim license indicating my new name ( for those of you who are not familiar with name change, social security and dmv won't issue you the new cards on the spot there is a wait time ) Last week we went to a different chase branch, a representative told us it's okay to bring the above items to add my new name to my spouses account Today , the representative and the manager told us it's not valid. The manager told us we have to show new id, I showed him the interim driver license with dmv with my old id, he was all "this old id has a punch hole in it" .,,, well of course it does, because dmv is issuing me a new id so what's the issue??? We left chase and went to Bank of America, showed them our documents and our account was updated without any problems. I want to close our chase account because their service is rude and unreasonable. How many forms of id do I need to show you before you will do your job and just update our account information ??!!! All the newly weds stay away from this place!!!! Especially there is no consistency!!!! How about next time stay consistent with the requirements throughout your bank branches ??? Waste of my time After reading Cynthia's review on the bank, I agree with her the Asian guy ( the supposed manager) not only hates his job but completely unfamiliar with legal documents. All he wants is to make his life easier and completely inconsiderate of the customers time and needs, word of advise to his supervisors :demote him and have him attend a legal document training course to get familiar with the forms and policies. I walked into chase to see a numbers of customers sitting down to be called by a consultant. Its Saturday, theres more customers then usual and only two consultants. Meanwhile, during the week, when is less busy, there is about 8 consultants. Like seriously, if they know Saturday will be more busy since a lot of people are off work and running errands. For example, going to the bank because they couldn't make it during the week due to work. read more

COMPLAINT ON RUBEN parking lot guy. I am an armed private security guard myself, however there is a parking lot guy he wasn't wearing his little bright vest surprisingly. he's older middle age around 30's - 40 years old and Hispanic he was training some younger guy with curly hair . My co worker from the hotel next door parked in chase to go inside the bank and cash his check. I work for the Marriott so I went the other way. Right when we got out of the car he was staring me down in an intimidating way. While I was walking toward my hotel he wouldn't take his eyes off of me. I walked toward my hotel and waved at him he waved back sarcastically and yelled through the parking lot "you need to leave I don't want you here this is for customers only go back to your car and leave". So I then approached him and informed him WE ARE customers with chase and that his demeanor needs to be way more professional because he is making chase look bad by being so rude to the customers. I asked him name he said Ruben and what his job is. He told me he watches the parking lot I said okay well I am an armed security guard with all permits by the state and that he needs to step up and be more professional and respectful toward the customers. He obviously didn't like that and had an attitude the whole time so I went inside and did inform chase staff about him. Ever since they closed the branch down the street, this location has been FLOODED! Theres long wait times, long lines, not enough personnel, not enough ATMs, not enough parking, so much traffic! This is the worst bank ever! There are tons of people in line and only two tellers open. It's ridiculous, there is also no parking, traffic jam to find a spot. Don't ever bank here! Walked into this chase branch and was helped by a guy named rudy I think that was his name! I needed to open accounts for my kids and didn't know what I needed or how to start. He was really helpful and patient which was something that I needed because I thought all I needed was money and simple information. I need more. The location near El Segundo on Hawthorne Boulevard is crazy crowded on Saturdays and their parking lot has little room to maneuver. Trying to cash a check drawn on Chase, without a Chase account, triggers an $8 fee if the check is $50 or more. read more

My husband came in here to get a replacement card. After waiting in one line for 10 minutes, they tell him to wait in a different line. It took another 10 minutes to see someone else. The other employees looked around and didn't keep busy. The Asian guy there hated his job and didn't want to be there. After telling them it had been the worst experience I have ever had at a Chase, they explained that it was a very busy branch. If it's very busy, please prepare for a busy bank. People want to be in and out and employees need to keep busy if there's people that need to be helped!
