It's not so much that I didn't get the result that I was anticipating. It's the way that the business is conducted and the disc courteous, unprofessional verbiage. They seem to have a training system that needs to be revised, or team members are being allowed to figure it out as they go along, unfortunately for the general public. Over the years I have been assisted by many senior bankers and Katherine certainly shines in her amazing, professional and individualized customer service.
