One Nevada Credit Union off of Sunset and Marks in Henderson, NV is probably the finest financial institution I have ever dealt with. After my husband passed away four years ago, there were a lot of banking and financial issues and difficulties that I had to deal with. One Nevada very kindly and patiently walked me through each and every issue. Whether in person or on the phone, I have NEVER had anything close to a negative experience. They always go above and beyond to help me and then some. For example, I went into the branch today with my granddaughter and Miss Yvonne was so kind and helpful. Just a genuinely nice person. If I can leave no stars I would, the state run Banks suck, can't even get money wired to me going on 4 days now, from a Chase Bank to a credit union this should not be that hard, I have been on hold for two and a half days with two different departments, I have never in my life had an issue with money being wired to me, not only that but if I had a regular Bank like Chase which I'm about to go to as soon as my money hits if it ever does because One Nevada credit Union sucks and can't get their stuff together they will be losing my business I will be boycotting them I will be going on every page every review page and leaving the same review this is absolutely b*******, it's pathetic and it's a state-run bank but people like the stuff so..... read more

I recently opened my checking and savings accounts here. I dealt with the branch manager Cindy Branby. She's an absolutely delightful person who made my experience fun all the way from exchanging mundane information to setting my secure questions. Then, the following day, I needed a cashiers check for a large amount. This time, I dealt with another delightful person named Abril. I was fearful that the amount would exceed bank limits, but she educated me to the fact that cashiers check amounts have no limits. Another banner experience. Now, when I need cash, I can take my UFO-adorned ATM card and open the bank door 24/7. So seniors and millennials, this classy branch comes highly recommended by me. This credit union is rather unique as when you enter, there are no tellers or a counter to conduct your banking business. Sandie came and got me and my family member and brought us back to her private cubicle. From there she assisted us with our transaction with the utmost professionalism. She made sure that my family member fully understood what would transpire with the transaction and was very kind. Their hours are a little bizarre as they don't open till 10:00am when the rest of the working world is already up and functioning. I have Been Trying to pay my car note since 3.14.24, it's STILL NOT PAID. I spoke to a CU Rep on 3.17 & again on 3.19.24. I finally went in to Branch on Sunset & Marks. Located in Henderson, NV. I voiced my concerns to the branch Mgr. She took my fone, DELETED ALL ATTEMPTED transactions. Then proceeded to make my payment for 3.22.24. The Mgr showed me the pmt info on my fone. All was good! However,I woke up on 3.23.24 to verify pmt, ALL TRANSACTIONS CANCELLED! No pmt made. Now it 10 days PAST DUE. NOT MY FAULT. IF it ends up a negative on my CREDIT, I WILL SUE!!! After being refused a car loan by One Nevada, I received the official letter in the mail explaining why. They did not bring up the 4 year old bankruptcy in the letter. I wonder why. They listed only 2 minor issues they found with my credit report. Maybe they realize that using a 4 year old bankruptcy to deny a loan is outright unethical if not illegal. We shall find out since I filed a complaint with the federal reserve. The federal reserve will route my complaint to the appropriate people for an investigation. I bought a car and the sale resulted in experian raising my credit score 5 points the same afternoon. I had a score of 832 and my wife 757. The ford dealer and capital one had no problem doing business with me. read more
