I originally went into this Chase location to change my account type, but it turned into way more than a simple bank visit, it was honestly an experience. And an incredible one at that. The teller greeted me with kindness and professionalism, but the real highlight was the banker I was appointed with, Prince. I've never had someone at a bank be that professional, warm, and genuinely invested in helping me. He explained everything clearly, made the whole process smooth, and somehow made me feel like I was catching up with an old friend, and I'm only 19! I even had to stop and commend him directly to his manager before I left, because service like that deserves recognition. The worst experience ever!! Today I went to ATM to deposit money. I'm using the ATM outside the bank building. As I did my transaction, the screen suddenly frozen. My ATM stuck. I notified the security., and he relied it to the bank's employees. The bank people came out, and told me that they're going to reboot it, and WILL come back to check on me. Nope. No one come out again after that conversation. I got stood up for 30 minutes. I called the customer service who advised me to leave my debit atm into that machine (which I don't feel comfortable). They'll send me a new card for 5-6 business day. If I want it faster, i would have to pay $5. Why should i pay for my transaction? Your atm machine sucks, old, and need to be repaired!! And fuck off the manager of this branch! FUCK YOUR excellent service today! read more

Chase is my bank and this is one of my preferred banks because of location. I hate dealing with people so the amount of ATM options works for me. It is also located in a good, clean, safe area. They have an ATM as soon as you walk in to the right and also another ATM located right outside. Two drive up ATM's are also available in the back. I just wish I had more money to make more deposits, lol. read more

The staff is very helpful they will do anything they can except for open another teller... they have five teller windows and they boarded them up and put ATM's ... they keep hiring greeters like Walmart and all they can do is offer free stuff and sell you stuff while you wait. I've had a few visits here and all of them have been positive. The staff was polite, helpful, and professional. They do free notary for Chase customers. The only negative was they weren't able to provide me with new bills for traveling purpose and failed to provide me with an alternative other than "try calling the Colton branch" (e.g. come back in a few days when new bills are requested from a bigger branch). read more

I wish this branch opened up when I was a student at Loma Linda University. This location is brand new and with the latest technology, according to the lady who helped me inside. I was originally just going to make a simple ATM withdrawal, but I needed smaller bills so I had to go inside. Wow this new location is fancy! It is not set up like a traditional bank, and they encourage customers to use the electronic, teller-free, touch screen computers within. But they are quick to greet you and walk you through how to do your banking with their new system. I am still undecided, but I think I like it better than the traditional line of tellers. A couple of weeks ago I went to this branch because my debit card was about to expire and I had not received a new one. They told me a new chip-enabled card had been sent back in December, which I never received. So they cancelled that card and issued me a new card, which I paid extra to have sent to me via 2-day air mail. Now that *new* card is being declined. I called to ask what was going on and was told that I was mistakenly issued the same card number, which was scheduled to be cancelled (and had therefore been cancelled). They told me they couldn't do anything over the phone - I must go back to a branch and request a new card to be issued (again!). It seems to me that the bank personnel should have known not to issue me a new card with a number that was set to expire in one week. And as far as I'm concerned they owe me for the shipping I paid on the previous (now useless) card. read more

I have never been to a chase where the wait time was nearly an hour! It felt like the DMV. I was waiting for my name to be called from the list (which I was next) and instead, the banker called the lady after me. I looked at her puzzled and she just walked into her office. I went into this branch due to the proximity to an appointment. I was in a hurry to get to my daughter and only needed to deposit a check. It was a larger check so I stopped an employee to ask if I could use an ATM or needed to wait for a teller. Abraham insisted on helping me after seeing my check. I was asking about the ATM to expedite things and the teller opened up before he was done with his customer so I proceeded to deal with her. Abraham came and even took my check back from the teller. He tried to get me to sit at his desk... no doubt to try and sell me something or get me to open up some other account. I told him multiple times I didn't have time and that I was asking about the ATM to be done faster. By this time I am sure I would have been done with the teller, but he gestured again. So I repeated myself not as calmly. He then said he still needed my debit card to make the deposit and disappeared behind a door. The teller helped two more customers who were on their way while I stood around waiting for him to return with my card. Customers are encouraged to use the ATM machines rather than deal directly with the branch employees. I have had several problems with the drive up ATM and most recently made a cash deposit and received no receipt or credit for the deposit. I only received a slip telling me that the ATM was having "technical problems". My cash disappeared! I promptly went into the branch to find out what happened and was told to sign in and wait.. and wait.... and wait... An employee by the name of Prince Johnson approached me as though I was irritating him by being there and asking for help. No one in this branch assisted me or even apologized for what happened. I ended up having to call the Customer Service number to resolve the problem. Excuse me Prince, I want my cash returned to me or put in my account. What a jerk. read more

I went into this bank hoping to open a business checking account. I had received a flyer in the mail with some perks for signing up with Chase, hence the reason I had chosen this particular bank. I arrived and signed in to be seen. I was called back by a customer service representative, and as soon as I walked into her office she got on her cellphone. She proceeded to look at her phone for 20seconds. She didn't introduce herself. She didn't make eye contact. When I told her the reason for my visit and brought out the flyer, she told me it was only for personal accounts, which was fine. However, instead of trying to explain to me the different options for opening a business account with their company, she told me to google which banks would be the best to open an account with. I think she just wanted to go home, because it was close to closing time. Never been in a Chase bank before.
