There was a quick beep or two, then sort of a dial tone, then what sounded like an old-time fax machine connection on the other end. They showed absolutely ZERO concern. I visited this location to close box safe box this morning. And the day I opened it was 07-08-2017 And after that Chase charged me annul fee every July 8th. And I believed since today was 0707-2025, the last day of while year coverage, I can close the the box with no issue. Turns out what, Chase charged me whole year amount even though I decided not to use it more. I did not get any infomation or reminder about closing policy at all. Chase should have at least text or send reminder about it before they charge. Very very disappointing. Shall not do this not only to me but also any customer. read more

Today, June 18, 2021 I was making chase credit card payment. I paid full balance, $290.03. I gave cash to teller (his name "fernando" (see pic of receipt). He gave me receipt but I didn't check it. At evening I checked balance on web. Balance was $81.00. Should be $0.00 (!). I called 800 #. Rep. on the phone said, that I've made payment %$209.03. I paid $290.03. Then I talked to manager. He said, that I should go to branch and talk to them. I mentioned, that teller simply STOLE my money. At the end of shift the counting money. They must be OVER on $81.00 and began investigate right away. If not, my money definitely in the pocket of teller. I requested "manager" on the phone contact branch and order branch manager to contact me. He said,- NO. Also he refused to give me E-Mail address of branch. First I will make video with explanations for YouTube. People should know, how dishonest employers of that monstrous bank. Then I'll go to Police and make claim. Bank has video cameras and there will be visible bills I gave to teller. Police should cease recordings for investigation. I was greeted by a huge smiling face this morning when I entered Chase Bank. The young lady's name is Jennifer. I had issues connecting to the new business account that I set up yesterday. Jennifer, was more than helpful in showing me how to see my account without any hassle and to tie it in with my other personal account. It only took a couple of minutes and I didn't have to set up a meeting with one of the tellers or managers. Thank you Jennifer for making it so easy. Being in the neighborhood, I decided to stop by this location to pay off my car loan. Miguel was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, professional, and made sure I understood exactly what I was paying and what the next steps would be for receiving my car's title. I cannot commend him enough. He's a great dude. The location was convenient. Although the drive-thru looked crazy busy, inside was pretty chill. This place was just AWESOME. I had to deposit a check physically, which I have not done for like 2 years. The only way I knew how to deposit a check was to drive up and fill in the deposit slip. I drove up and realized I did not know my account number, because I usually just use the Chase app ( phone was messing up, and couldn't do that anymore) I was getting so frustrated, because I couldn't find my account number even when I signed in to the online account. So I went inside, hoping they could tell me my account number. A lady asked if I needed to deposit and directed me to a long teller line. However, Richard asked me if I had my debit card. I said yes, and he walked me over to an ATM machine in the lobby and step by step showed me how I could deposit my check with just my card. He was so awesome, patient, instructive , and professional! Richard saved me a 15-20 minute wait, and much frustration!!!!! Thank you so much !! Probably the best painless and effective bank experience i've ever had! read more
