TLDR: bad customer service…read more Unfortunately while my first meeting there had been a success and i felt like the banker I was communicating with really cared about my financial pursuits and relationship with the bank, the second was not. The banker suggested to schedule a second meeting, i agreed. Two days before the meeting, i emailed her asking to do it over the phone and she responded saying that works and that she would call. The time of the meeting, 12PM, she did not call. I emailed her at 12:01 and she didn't respond. I finally called the location around 12:18 and was able to get a reach of her to then hear that she was busy doing something else and that she could call me later or reschedule. But our meeting was scheduled from 12 to 12:30 so that answer really wasn't satisfactory. Especially since the rest of today and basically this month is looking busy for me. The whole time the question in my head was, "Why was she busy during a time that she had scheduled to meet with me?" During our brief conversation, she answered a couple of my questions but the rush in her answers was evident and it didn't feel all that productive. Since I've worked with a banker who was extremely attentive and caring at another bank this incident was even more surprising. If she had given me a notice ahead of time I would've been fine with it. But this? No. Extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I was excited to build a relationship with Bank of America but truthfully now i'm a bit more hesitant. Maybe I'll try another branch in the future, just definitely not this one.

Even though I didn't have an appointment they were able to serve me within 10 minutes of my arrival. The entire interaction was quick and efficient and I walked out with my new debit card about 20 minutes after arriving. Ironically, my other debit card arrived in the mail that day, so I just cut it up. But I think the neighborhood service center did a great job and I would definitely go back.

There's a decent size parking lot and this is the only business that's open on the this side of the road (Starbucks and Mod Pizza are on the other side) so you'll always find a spot. Most of the BECU's I've gone to have had tiny parking lots or no parking at all so this is definitely my new favorite one. The new logo branding is up and inside is really nice. There are 2 ATM's on the right when you walk in. I'm not sure how busy this location will get but there were only 2 other customers when I stopped by.

They also have a teller whose name I'm not aware of but he is outstanding and i think I'm not the only one who will wait for him to avoid the other tellers. He is also friendly super competant and amazing. This branch is fortunate to have multiple good people. And I m grateful too for on the rare occasions I have to go in, the experiences are pleasant. WF failed to set up my account…read moreproperly 4+yrs ago so they ask just asked me 4+ yrs later to fill out a missing beneficiary form. I did so at the branch as soon as received the one and only letter in the mail (did not even receive a phone call warning). The branch staff was friendly but "loss prevention" aka the virtual customer service teams still could not lift the hold on our account after spending hours trying to reach the proper dept via WF CS lines to find someone to fix the issue. Only to have them still close my business accounts without proper communication back to me, leaving us in a lurch, forcing us to open a new business account elsewhere to ensure our business transactions are uninterrupted, because they no longer want my businesses due to a paperwork mistake created by themselves! I am spending days of work to set up all new accounts elsewhere and redo all our ACH bill payments. Even the branch associates complain of getting proper help for their customers due to lack of system processes and escalations. I have never experienced such disregard, lack of ethics, and disrespect to customers from a bank. Avoid WF at all costs!!! No stars but this forces me to select a star!
