It's in a very close proximity to pretty much everything shopping related in the Roseville area. Parking is easy. I definitely meshed well with this branch- the banker Adrianna is great!! She helped us with a super specific, kinda difficult banking related problem and she had it fixed in no time. I can tell she is super dedicated to helping clients, and I really appreciate that. It's easy to become impatient on either side of the banking experience, and she was so helpful and knowledgable about our situation. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

When you start with excellent customer service and team work you should always strive to stay there! Management you should train your staff each time you hire, to be kind and treat the people who trust your business with their hard earned money, kindly and with respect. You should also have more than one teller when the line is to the door, not one person stepped up to help the one teller although several people who weren't helping customers could have jumped in to help bring the line down. Do better for your customers and your employees so the morale is lifted, and the customers feel like you actually want their money in your bank!
