Came on a Friday morning before the mall stores were open. It was nice and quiet before the rush. We were greeted warmly upon walking in. The space inside is large lots of tables and seating areas. Most spaces have spot to charge devices. We loved that we were able to sit and work in the quiet space. We ordered some drinks and a sandwich. The barista was really helpful describing some of the drinks. We got the ube blueberry matcha drinks and a bagel sandwich. All were delicious. The sandwich with the arugula paired well. And the drinks were good. I couldn't taste the ube much but it was still good. read more

In my short time as a customer I've had to walk in for the first time and inquire about their services since they are not your typical brick and mortar type of bank. These associates are knowledgeable and helpful as they have been able to successfully assist with my transactions. I was even offered a private room where it was safe to make sure everything was completed and in order. I felt safe. Customers (actually anyone) can grab a cup of coffee or hot chocolate or purchase some pastries while relaxing inside the cafe. There's plenty of seating. Their hot chocolate is delicious!! I was pleased as a customer to see the humans behind the digital experience. It helped take the edge off of my financial dealings. What's not to love about this spot? Located inside of the galleria mall it is a great spot to stop and enjoy a latte before heading back to shop! There is an abundance of seating and the location in general is quite large. I particularly love this as a new mom who is pushing around quite a large stroller. I have particularly enjoyed their free coffee deal on Monday's where I can enjoy a free handcrafted beverage! I can sit and sip and feed by baby if needed. Very big cafe with lots of seating to do work at. It is very spacious and the ambiance is very light. Cute decor as well. I like the vibes a lot. The cafe is actually a Capitol One Cafe- not a Verve cafe. The store front advertises Verve Cafe and doesn't read Capitol One Cafe. Capitol one uses Verve coffee- so this is very misleading. They have a couple rooms for I believe Capitol One consultations. The coffee was very disappointing. The shots come out of a machine where the barista just pushes a button and the drinks come out ready. Very similar to the hotel Nespresso fancy machines used to serve at hotel restaurants or cafes. We ordered two cortados and each only drank half of it. It was $5 or so for the cortados. The coffee tasted very bitter and burnt. It did not taste fresh. I was told the iced teas were not bad. But I don't think I would be coming back to try anything else. read more

Not the friendliest but I'm there for coffee so no problem~ the decor is cute and I love their new cups. The new cappuccino chubby cup is so adorable. I've tried their match before. It took some time trying to find this location in the mall- I kept looking at all of the directory maps and it was so hard to find. I guess you just have to know where to go! It's on the bottom level for sure though, don't go upstairs like I did (I was confused okay!) The service at the front counter was nice! There was a little wait but they were doing a good job of clearing the line. He encouraged me to use my capital one card to get a discount. I did not like my coffee very much but I think that was just me. I will try something else next time I go. I asked the man who was making the drinks for more ice because literally seconds after getting my iced coffee all of the ice was melted and he gave me a tiny scoop of extra ice. Service not great enough to come back again. Didn't have the avocado toast, so ok, I asked to substitute avocado to something else and the cashier said he wouldn't know how to ring that up. Ok.. the breakfast club was over salted and over spiced. The crumble cookie latte was served as a regular latte. When I asked where are the crumbles that are advertised- I got a "oh I'm sorry". Walking into this Cafe, I wouldn't expect it to be own by an actual Bank! The lobby is open, and what caught my attention while passing this cafe was that they serve Verve Coffee! I ordered the Cinnamon Ginger Iced Latte. I loved that the drink wasn't too sweet and I can taste a hint of the espresso. Sometimes when I order sweet drinks I wouldn't be able to taste the espresso. The cafe has some of the same features and offerings that a regular bank branch would have, like an ATM and a live representative. The representative was very friendly and answered my questions about my 360 acct.
