Back in town and one of my first stops is always this mall -- it just hits the spot and somehow always has exactly what I need. As I was walking the halls, I realized I needed a little pick-me-up. I'm new to the coffee world, still in my cappuccino-with-vanilla era on this early caffeine journey, so I decided to see what this place was about. Glad I did. The moment you walk in, it's clean, bright, and welcoming. Plenty of spots to sit, relax, or even crack open your laptop and get some things done without feeling rushed. The layout gives off that perfect balance: chill enough to unwind, structured enough to be productive. Service was excellent and fast -- the kind where they actually pay attention, move with purpose, and make you feel like you matter. My cappuccino was smooth, not too sweet, and exactly what I needed to reset. Overall, this was a really enjoyable visit. Whether you're a coffee veteran or someone like me just getting started, this place makes it easy to find your groove. I'll definitely be back.
Super convenient and sheik spot to take a break while shopping at the Roseville Galleria. It's open to everyone and provides discounts when using your Capital One card. My partner and I each got a coffee and took a break in their lounge area. There's a ton of couches and tables. Coffee was hot but not piping hot. The caramel latte and the honey lavender latte were both spectacular and gave us a boost to continue walking around the massive mall. They've got pastries here too which we did not try this visit. Their staff here are fast and efficient.
I was walking past the café last week and noticed that it now offers 50% off drinks to Discover card users in addition to Capital One and took it as a sign to check it out. This was my 1st time here and liked the hospitality from the staff greeting you when you walk in to when you're on your way out. They have a nice variety in their menu and pleased to see it included a few matcha drinks. My honey lavender latte was great and since most of the lounge seating was taken, I chose a table at which to relax. Very comfy vibes here. Looking forward to returning. Thanks!
I love this place. Truly. Am I a sucker for Verve at half price? Absolutely. And when you can sit down, handle banking stuff, and drink legitimately good coffee, it makes the whole experience way better. That said... can we please get the nitro situation sorted? Sheesh. It feels like it's always either out or not quite right. Still, hard to complain too much when you're getting solid coffee in a banking environment that doesn't feel soul-sucking. More of this. Just fix the nitro.
Nice place to chill when wanting to take a break from shopping. The customer service was welcoming and friendly. My drink tasted okay but the best part is if you use a capital one or discover card, your food or drinks are 50% off!
Bank, Sips, and Eats [Roseville CA] I bank with CapitalOne and when I walk into a Capital One Café, I'm greeted with a warm smile from a café ambassador. In my short time as a customer I've had to walk in for the first time and inquire about their services since they are not your typical brick and mortar type of bank. These associates are knowledgeable and helpful as they have been able to successfully assist with my transactions. I was even offered a private room where it was safe to make sure everything was completed and in order. I felt safe. Customers (actually anyone) can grab a cup of coffee or hot chocolate or purchase some pastries while relaxing inside the cafe. There's plenty of seating. Their hot chocolate is delicious!! I was pleased as a customer to see the humans behind the digital experience. It helped take the edge off of my financial dealings. What amazing experience with these café ambassadors: Alex, Michelle, Kimberly, and Amir. Thank you all for the great customer service! The café is located inside the lower level of Westfield Galleria in Roseville. I try to park near the Pottery Barn|Crate & Barrel entrance which is closest and most convenient for me. The only bad thing parking here is I pass by See's Candies and you know I have to stop by. If I go the other way there's Läderach Swiss FrischSchoggis... can't win ¯\_('~')_/¯ Review #3936
What's not to love about this spot? Located inside of the galleria mall it is a great spot to stop and enjoy a latte before heading back to shop! There is an abundance of seating and the location in general is quite large. I particularly love this as a new mom who is pushing around quite a large stroller. I have particularly enjoyed their free coffee deal on Monday's where I can enjoy a free handcrafted beverage! I can sit and sip and feed by baby if needed. All of the baristas are friendly and knowledgeable on their offerings. I particularly enjoy their seasonal smores latte!
Really enjoyed the capital one cafe. My husband and I stopped in because I had been given a free coffee from capital one. I got myself a chai and my husband got a hot chocolate. Both of us really liked our drinks. We loved the ambiance of the cafe. It's bright. It's inviting. Also, capital one members get 50% off already well priced drinks! It's definitely worth the stop. The service is fast and they were very friendly. I would definitely stop by again next time I'm in the mall.
I've always wanted to go inside one of these Cafes. It for some reason seemed so upper echelon to me. Well I did it!!! lol. The rep that greeted us was super sweet. He welcomed us and gave us the rundown. Card members get 50% off of all beverages. Say no more, I'm in there!!! The coffee is Verve- not my favorite- slightly bitter. But it was better with more sugar. I love the vibe of the cafe. It's relaxed and quiet. I will have to try the Walnut Creek location soon.
Ok this place is awesome.... It's a "branch" of my bank and a coffee place. I honestly had no idea these places exist. I was there to use the atm and the super helpful employee helped me out and kind of showed me around. She even told me about their free coffee promo for that day and texted me the code. I sat in the cafe and enjoyed a high quality oatmilk latte. It was a popular spot, too. There are rooms you can reserve for group meet ups or class projects etc. super handy
Very big cafe with lots of seating to do work at. It is very spacious and the ambiance is very light. Cute decor as well. I like the vibes a lot. The cafe is actually a Capitol One Cafe- not a Verve cafe. The store front advertises Verve Cafe and doesn't read Capitol One Cafe. Capitol one uses Verve coffee- so this is very misleading. They have a couple rooms for I believe Capitol One consultations. The coffee was very disappointing. The shots come out of a machine where the barista just pushes a button and the drinks come out ready. Very similar to the hotel Nespresso fancy machines used to serve at hotel restaurants or cafes. We ordered two cortados and each only drank half of it. It was $5 or so for the cortados. The coffee tasted very bitter and burnt. It did not taste fresh. I was told the iced teas were not bad. But I don't think I would be coming back to try anything else.

A cute cafe in the mall. For mall coffee this is definitely better than Starbucks. But it doesn't stand out as a artisan coffee roaster. Don't get me wrong, it's still fairly good coffee. If you have the card to get your half off discount. It's a steal! But for the original price the coffee is a little lacking. Service is ok. Not the friendliest but I'm there for coffee so no problem~ the decor is cute and I love their new cups. The new cappuccino chubby cup is so adorable. I've tried their match before. It's premade and really poorly blended and grassy. But their cappuccino is pretty good. A good coffee makes the shopping experience better!

Came on a Friday morning before the mall stores were open. It was nice and quiet before the rush. We were greeted warmly upon walking in. The space inside is large lots of tables and seating areas. Most spaces have spot to charge devices. We loved that we were able to sit and work in the quiet space. We ordered some drinks and a sandwich. The barista was really helpful describing some of the drinks. We got the ube blueberry matcha drinks and a bagel sandwich. All were delicious. The sandwich with the arugula paired well. And the drinks were good. I couldn't taste the ube much but it was still good. read more

Came in to see what everyone on tik tok was talking about. The set up of this place is super cute! It's a chill place you can work or have a coffee drink and sit and relax or even chat with an associate about signing up for a card! This week they were giving out cute keychains so I took one with me Will be back in to try out a drink soon! read more

Stopped in with a friend while at the mall. The store was clean and had lots of different seating options. There was no line to order and we were helped quickly. Our two drinks came out to around $8, as Capital One customers get half off! Our drinks took around 10 minutes to be prepared, which was a little slow as there were only a few other customers there. Still, this cafe is a great place to take a break from the bustle of the mall. read more

It took some time trying to find this location in the mall- I kept looking at all of the directory maps and it was so hard to find. I guess you just have to know where to go! It's on the bottom level for sure though, don't go upstairs like I did (I was confused okay!) The service at the front counter was nice! There was a little wait but they were doing a good job of clearing the line. He encouraged me to use my capital one card to get a discount. I did not like my coffee very much but I think that was just me. I will try something else next time I go. I asked the man who was making the drinks for more ice because literally seconds after getting my iced coffee all of the ice was melted and he gave me a tiny scoop of extra ice. Is there an ice shortage???? Will try again because I like the vibe. read more

Walking into this Cafe, I wouldn't expect it to be own by an actual Bank! The lobby is open, and what caught my attention while passing this cafe was that they serve Verve Coffee! I ordered the Cinnamon Ginger Iced Latte. I loved that the drink wasn't too sweet and I can taste a hint of the espresso. Sometimes when I order sweet drinks I wouldn't be able to taste the espresso. Overall would recommend! The service is good, and I didn't have to wait too long for my coffee. Bonus they have really comfortable chairs! This a good rest spot between shopping. read more

What's in your wallet? LOL...iykyk Aa Capital One cardholder, you get 50% off drinks at the Peets inside of Capital One Cafe located on the first level of Westfield Galleria. Plenty of cozy and clean sitting area and tables. Great place to take a break from shopping and enjoy a drink and light treat with friends. With free wifi, you can also work and charge your phone at the quiet space. The cafe has some of the same features and offerings that a regular bank branch would have, like an ATM and a live representative. The representative was very friendly and answered my questions about my 360 acct. I love this style of banking and wish there are more of these throughout the U.S. I should mention that you don't need to be a Capital One cardholder to use the space. read more
