I researched banks and found TD had the easiest banking options. I had to open a business and personal account so we went there. Well it took us four visits to get this simple task accomplished. We were miss a sheet of paper for the business so the next day I went by myself to get the account open and they would not do anything because my husband was not sitting there I explained that they could start the process and when they needed him to sign he would come in. You see he had gotten that Booster the day before and was flat on his back. NOOOO they would not do that. So two days later we went in the morning before I had to go to work and NOW the computers were down OMG We finally got the accounts opened three days later Then because they have this ridiculous 6 day check hold the money wasn't available for that long I expressed that I had to pay one of our subcontractors ASAP and they said Don't worry we will cover it Well they Bounced the check on them and when I called the main customer service # she said that the branches say that to all their new customers and it is a lie I am so sorry I opened these accounts What am I supposed to do now with my weekly paycheck am I supposed to wait 6 days every week I live paycheck to paycheck and no one can give my a decent answer Oh well my mistake to go to them I kept my Peoples (now M&T) account opened I will have to use that for my pay Also I emailed my salesman at TD twice and got no response at I guess he knows he was wrong

Worst is that I have a nyce/plus debit card so the atm is free in that network BUT if it's not a TFCU atm then TFCU charges a foreign atm fee?? How ridiculous! Their great on interest rates if you getting any type of loan. Customer service can be a bit challenging from time to time. Speed of bank tellers really suck. I sat on line for 2 hrs just to take out money. I thought it was ridiculous. Even before the pandemic I sat online for almost an half hour . Teachers always having issues on Friday with their Atm machine. Long line waiting to use it but either it runs out of money or someone card gets stuck in it. I don't understand why they dont have more than two atm machines. Another issue is most banks don't charge fees but teachers charge fees for almost everything. Turns out they randomly decided it shouldn't have been cleared & put an additional hold on the money until Tuesday. Account overdrawn, and I'm going to have a problem with bills. My husband can't transfer me money, because the overdrawn funds will drain it. Supervisor on the phone, Emily, tells me to go to the Branch because they can overturn it. LIE!!!!!!! Justin at the Coram Branch was a condescending jerk who saw I was angry, and he escalated the situation.
