    Customer service is terrible. It's all about their convenience. It seems like the customer is just an afterthought. Don't bank here.

    Chase has a lot of new faces but not trained well. This is closest to me, I don't know other branch is good or not.

    Everything could improve…read more Have a business account that we use at b of an and our place is in Santa Clara. Sometimes, during deposits of cash, it can get torn/made suspicious. Nicole, the bank manager and I , had to have numerous conversations about the acceptance policy of the bank notes. Once so learned all the bank rules, I KINDLY followed and brought another deposit with a piece of a one dollar bill missing. The tellers, AND the manager berated me while I waited for them for over 20 mins- and not only deny the one dollar bill with two different tellers, but to "print the rules for me" - which DIDNT happen because as she tries yelling to read the rules from the BACK OF A WALL she realized i was Repeating exactly what she had already told me AND- THEY HAD TO MAKE THE DEPOSIT WITH THE DOLLAR BILL MISSING A PIECE. She was so rude that I finally yelled back "YOU TOLD ME THE F-ING RULES NICOLE WHY ARE YOU BEING SO RUDE?!" The owner of our business was made aware of this and asked me if he should go in himself to address this. I will No longer utilize this location with the rudeness and lack of professionalism and honestly, think they will be closed down soon. Gratefully.

We went to BOA at El Camino Real, Mr. Saleh Assistant Vice President provided top-notch services, professional knowledge and people skills. He reads documents carefully, he listens and he has wonderful manners. But he goes "the second mile." He referred us to a second branch for further review and since I walk with a cane he actually walked us to our car. His grade on all counts is A +. We also thank the greeter at that branch. Even though we did not have an appointment, she arranged for us to consult with Mr. Saleh. We really appreciate it. John
