Simply DISGUSTING!!! I am a good paying customer and have my auto loan paid up way in advance of the regular payment. KeyPoint Credit Union will try all that they can to milk you for the last penny they can. They claim that they do not have my auto insurance on file and charges customer Bogos insurance coverage until you provide them proof. You provide them with proof, but it is not enough. They will charge you regardless until they can, even though provide them with proof that you have maintained insurance. SIMPLE UNETHICAL credit union. She had been considering investing in CDs for some time now but was reluctant to do so as she had limited knowledge about it. Though the staff at the credit union is very knowledgeable and helpful, she was afraid that she still would not fully understand their explanation as English is not her primary language. It was not until she was introduced to Khoi at the bank where she changed her mind. He was patient, friendly and very informative. He made the transaction easy and gave her peace of mind. The new location is much brighter and welcoming than the old one. I did have a tiny problem finding it and once there, finding parking, but it isn't a big deal. I was helped by Anahi C. with a personal loan. It was very easy to see that she really cares about helping her customers. She was personable and professional. It was actually fun to fill out the forms for the loan. The whole vibe in this new location does feel more upbeat and the people do seem to be having fun. And they are open 7 days a week! I have been a member here for a few years now and there were a handful of times that something came up on a Sunday. Now, I can just pay them a visit. It is really quite convenient. They have no interest in serving the customer or making money. Applied for a loan online; it said "success! You're approved. A bank rep will contact you soon!" It's been 10 days and crickets so far. What kind of bank doesn't follow up on an approved loan application? That's their core business!
