After making the purchase which was 70.00 my card was declined... so embarrassing. So I had to use 2 cards capital one and my great bank M&T... I called them back, and the dumb ahole tells me on do many words they choose what you xan purchase and go over your credit limit. WTF I pay on time always way over the minimum, and thus is Bern a card I have had for 10 Years! Fuck capital one, losers , I use yo work for NFB before this Credit Card only company bought us out. They really pissed me off. So I'm jyst saying to those who have a card , or thinking of getting one don't! I will never refer anyone ever again. I'm so pissed making me look like an idiot!

I recently paid off one of my credit cards with a 400 payment which brought me to a 0 balance. I was excited to finally have it paid only to find out the following day my credit cards were closed. Upon contacting Capital Obe they said because I had one returned payment it was considered fraudulent. I never heard of. Such a thing . After going round and round with the idiots from Capital One there was nothing they could do regarding my accounts. The thanks I get for paying off my card. Then they still had the audacity to say I can still make payments for my other card. Lol You assholes closed my accounts ; why would I continue to pay you. Needless to say I no longer trust Capital One and so I withdrew all my cash in my checking so they don't debit it all away and close that on me. New customers beware! Miss a payment or have one payment returned they may close your account once they get there money. I would have never gave them 400 bucks if I knew they would close my account on me after being a loyal customer for like 5-6 years with good payment history. Bunch of assholes in upper management I guess. I hope you all get covid! Mother fuckers! The reward for making timely payments and paying off credit card with large payments is closing your account!! He had food in his mouth (it happens) and pointed in the general direction of the branch manager, who was busy helping other customers. When he was done swallowing he could have excused himself and verbalized "our manager will be right with you. Please have a seat". But, he was busy glazing over watching the clock click down to 1 pm, closing time on this Saturday. I had a deposit to make as well, so I filled out the form and with my checks walked up to the other female teller. I said "Hello" and she said nothing. Alrighty. I said thank you, she said nothing. The woman branch manager that helped me wire my money was fast, friendly and helpful. The experience was "saved" because of her. She even took a few extra minutes after closing time to explain other, more practical ways of wiring money, and then set it all up for me. With a smile.
