One of the managers called me by the wrong name with my license literally sitting in front of them. I am generally a fan of credit unions, but this branch in particular shows how little they care about the people they do business with. Antiquated, disorganized, untrained, disrespectful and missing a shred of kindness required in dealing with a customer that needed their help. I would do everything in your power to minimize the amount of time spent in this building, it's awful.

I went to a branch only to find out it was closed due to technical difficulties. How do you close an entire bank branch because of a computer issue? Even before the branches close the phone support is closed. They have the worst app that has ever graced the App Store. Their chat robot literally closes before the branches do.
