My transactions are sometimes complicated, but what she does in 5 minutes most larger banks couldn't. So in one day. Always professional, always polite and she even makes me laugh every now and then. When I walk in - I go straight to her because I know my "complicated order" will be handled. I have to say - Alma is also amazing and so I Jenifer (yes, one "n") - and the entire crew is great. The place is always decorated according to the holiday and I always feel at home - 5 Stars - Highly recommended !

Unbeknownst to me the person who had knowledge of the machine was out to lunch. Finally, I got assistance from a nice young g lady named Selma, I wanted to be mad, but Selma was so sweet I could not even think of being mad, besides it was not her fault. She apologized, and I kindly accepted. It was a few mins , once she cleared the machine I realized that my husband's freaking wedding ring was in the coins and had dropped inside, damn the devil. I let Selma know and she promised to get it back to me in a week no worries, heck the dude did not even tell me he did not have it..we have been married for 15 years so I'm not tripping, he's mine. I have a been a BofA customer for over 32 years and was surprised at how unhelpful BofA online agents were. Luckily enough Mayra and Juliana over at this location assisted me right away in getting my fraudulent credit card and online issue resolved right away. I actually had to visit this location 2x on the same day since BofA online needed me to verify my ID. It was ridiculous, but thanks to Mayra and Juliana, everything was resolved right away. BofA online agents needs to improve their customer service skills. BUT when it came to BofA branch especially this one, their customer service was top notch. Thank you again to Mayra and Juliana.

The number on the site is apparently NOT the correct number to call for debit card fraud list and stolen. They said they ordered me a new card and there weeks later said it was never ordered. Then they "expeditted" me a card and that also never came. No one at the branch ever answers the phone. I call the member services who say they have to call someone at the branch who NEVER answer the phone. This place has gone so sour!!! I'm going to be closing my account with them. I've been a member for over a decade and this saddens me greatly that this place went so bad.

I have a few accounts with a couple other banks, including another credit union, but I wanted the ease of being able to transfer money quickly to and from my son and of course it's easier with the same banking institution. We came in, signed in, and waited for our turn. It didn't take long at all, but we have been in at other times and it did take a little while. Opening the new account was quick and painless. In fact, it seemed like it was faster than opening up an account elsewhere. Christianne also educated my son on the app, which is very user friendly. This location has two ATM machines that you can deposit, withdraw, and check your balances from. Beware, sometimes it can be slow to count cash and process when you are making deposits, so just be aware of your surroundings. There is also another ILWU location in Wilmington and they are affiliated with a network of other credit unions throughout the country, if you find yourself elsewhere and need access to your accounts.
