Customer service is fantastic and the bankers are very knowledgeable and are always helpful.

I got an email I sent no response. I did do my part and I did email US Bank. Poor customer service

The staff and bank manager are friendly, professional,very helpful and always go the extra mile for all their customers. We recently needed the advice regarding a business/personal banking need and consulted with the branch manager,Stephanie.Her advice and guidance was excellent! In over 20 years of banking with US Bank we couldnt be more pleased. There is plenty of free parking,conveniently located near stores and places to eat and is friendly to young people,senior citizens and growing families. Getting there: This location is in the same parking lot as the Vons. There is a ton of parking all around the building and in front of the ATM as well. Experience: I was in and out, mostly because I went to the ATM. There was a guard out front who opened the door and greeted people as they came in. The parking lot wasn't crowded. I don't see a problem with this place. I would come back here for future services. read more

Okay so I made a cash deposit into an ATM on 4/23 at this Location? Got the receipt for the deposit and saw it reflecting in my account. Woke up this morning and gone? No hint of a deposit. So I called the customer service line. Explained what happened and basically said it needed to be escalated and that I would see my money within SEVERAL DAYS! HAHAHA. UM NO! The money needs to deposited NOW. When I called the customer service line. The small talk isn't necessary. Its very frustrating when you are trying to get something important taken care of and they wanna chit chat. Not necessary. Then I get transferred and talked to a guy that told me it needed to be escalated. Walking me through the process. NOT NECESSARY. I want my money and not within 7 Days. It made me laugh. I will be looking into a new Bank. US BANK has really gone down hill and it's unfortunate. This I feel is the last straw. read more

I stopped by this branch to get assistance on some transaction that showed up on my account. I had an employee that was eager to help me in the beginning. Her name was Anita. She started talking so fast and I couldn't understand her. When I started asking questions she started talking super sarcastic and made me feel dumb. She spoke so condescendingly and I got so irritated and left. Anita irritated me so much that I decided to close my account. Train your employees better so that you won't lose more customers. I think Bank of America will treat me much better. read more

If I could give this a negative 20 I would. I just switched over to them and what a nightmare. DON'T ever get a home loan with them. Joseph Mazi that does home loans in that branch, is a cheat, lier, and he screwed me on my home loan. What he says and what he does is completely the opposite. If there was a NEGATIVE 5 star review allowed, that's what this joke of a "bank" would get from me. Deposited $2800 CASH into the ATM, received a receipt, clearly stating date, time, and what i deposited, how many of which bills were deposited... woke up the next day to find my account had a $200 negative balance from the bills I had paid AFTER depositing CASH, only to find out there was a "hold" placed on my CASH deposit... so far have talked to at least 20 different people who all have a different excuse as to why in gods green earth a hold would be placed on cash, clearly nobody here is properly trained, I've never encountered a bigger bunch of ignorant morons in my life, I've been pulled every which way, being told it would be lifted by Monday and now some other Moron has a different excuse. As a mother who has a 2 year old, I went from having $2800 cash, to having NOTHING because I trusted my money with my BANK! I will IMMEDIATELY be withdrawing all of my funds and closing my accounts, if these Yahoo's ever get their damn story straight....
