Chase is the absolute best roofing company in my opinion there is. I could not be happier with the job they did for me. It is a relief now that I finally have a good solid roof on my house. "Your roof is the most important part of your house." Five years ago, I had a bad experience with a roofing company. In 2016, I researched roofing companies on Angie's List. I stopped there because at the time I could not afford to spend a lot of money on a roof. I received a quote from this company for $10,000. They seemed to know what they were doing. The owner of the company turned out to be into drugs. He quit in the middle of my roof job and I paid his employees to finish the job. It was a bad deal. A couple of years later my roof started leaking again. I checked Google, Yelp, BBB, (not Angie's List), Thumbtack, and most of all I checked with my friends, neighbors, and Next door App looking for a good roofing company. I found Chase Construction top of the list everywhere I checked. Joel owner of Chase Construction came out and looked at my roof. He was sympathetic and honest. He told me I needed a new roof. I knew I did but at the time I did not want a new roof. I wanted the leak repaired. So, I went and found someone to come and repair my leak. Two years later again my roof started leaking. This time I had one of Joel's employees look at my roof. I went up in the attic with Mark and found that the boards on my roof were dry rotted and covered in mold. Then there were these really long nails that the roofers I used 5 years ago used. These nails were so large that you could hurt yourself on them if you were not careful. Because of the terrible job this company I hired 5 years ago did, all my boards needed to be replaced. It was unbelievable how bad those boards were. I hired Chase Construction Northwest, to replace my roof and I'm amazed of how beautiful of a job they did. There was zero mess. They replaced all my boards, my roof, my skylights that were dry rotted. They replaced the facia boards that held my gutters, my gutters were replaced. Mark even replaced my bathroom exhaust fan. I feel like I have a bran new house. Mark, Forrest and Joel's other employees were outstanding. I have an awesome warranty for my new roof. I am going to stay in this house for the rest of my life because I have the best roof on my house that I could ever ask for. There is something to be said about "You get what you pay for". I had my roof replaced 3 weeks ago. My old roof lasted 19 years and 9 months and had a 20 year warranty. I had small leaks in my living room. Chase did a wonderful job. I noted that the codes had changed and a lot more flashing is required and other requirements where 2 roofs meet and create a valley. They also fixed a decorative small roof over the living room windows that was missing plywood. They also added a roof vent for a bathroom fan that just went up to a small roof vent. They told me if I want to sell they house, this is now code. They are GAP certified installers and this gives us a 25 year warranty. I purchased 3 Skylights from Home depot. They have to remove the existing skylights to replace the flashing. They installed my new skylights for no extra charge which saved me some money. I also ordered 44 gutter guards from Home Depot for about $2.60 each. They installed these at no extra cost and did clean the gutters. An option to replace the gutters was offered for $2600 which I declined. I took a secured personal loan from BECU, and the loan cost me 2% over the rate in the CD which they place my money. These guys are awesome! They are worth more than the five stars. I was in need of some carpentry repair work and had called around to several other contractors. All of them promised great things , made arrangements to provide an estimate and then never showed up. The folks from Chase Construction agreed to do the work I needed ( work needed to satisfy an inspection for selling this property). They fit me into their busy schedule, which in itself says something about how good they are. They provided an estimate that was more than fair for the needed work, kept me informed about when they could start and when they finished . The work was done without my having to request an extension on the property closing. They also took on a deck railing project that resulted from the bank appraisal and had everything done so that the sale's closing went off without a hitch. This company and its employees are professional, highly skilled, customer oriented, and friendly to work with from estimate to sign off. I felt completely comfortable with them all the time. We looked at several roofing companies. Talked to their reps. Learned things we weren't aware of. When it came to Chase Construction NW we found the right team. From the start, Gary was easy to work with and suggested and assured us of the process. When the Chase Team started the tear off, they were thorough, quick and hard working. The order for the metal for the roof was quick and they began installation as soon as they got it. The metal team did the work in 3 days, skillfully placing the metal together and ensuring quality craftmanship was priority. The gutter team came by and installed the gutters in less than 4 hrs and the roof was complete. The next day it rained and No Leaks :-) , as expected. Looking forward to 40+ years of not needing to worry about moss or water damage due to degridations of the asphalt shingle. Outstanding job on a different kind of roofing task. We have an older 1961 pan abode house. SO there is no attic and thus not any real kind of insulation. Joel came out and we discussed the task . His crew of 6 spent the entire five days taking off the old shingles, putting 3 inch insulation, plus a 2 x 4 frame so that there would now be a place to hang the new gutters, installing a plywood base so that the new metal roof would have a spot to be nailed to, flashing and other odds and ends, and of course 'tarping' the entire roof as this was during the unique rain during the last week of June. A different crew came and put the gutter on. Again a super job. The crew was superior, friendly, and open to suggestions. The job so far is great of course now that we have a new roof is hasn't rained. I would recommend Chase without reservation. read more

On October 12, 2017, I requested Chase Construction North West give an estimate of repair cost on my two rotting dormers located on my composition roof, which had been reroofed by another company in February, 2009. Joel Beattle came out and gave me advice on the early stages of the procedure to follow in the redemption of this roofing project, which is still under warranty. Joel is very knowledgable, and he patiently explained to me all the steps that should have been taken in my project; he is very conscientious and has attention to the details. He has a friendly demeanor, and is very likable to talk with. What is most astonishing about this company: There was NO charge! Huge shout out to Joel from Chase roofing. I have a newer townhouse with a rooftop deck so I wasn't sure if this was even a roofing job. I had two other roofing contractors come out and assure me this was an issue with the roof that required a repair costing around $3k. Joel on the other hand, walked me through all the places the leak could be coming from and said it was not obviously the roof, so it was much better to find the source of the leak before redoing the roofing. He recommended someone who could help and they came out the day I reached out. Turns out there is not a leak in the roof and it will only cost a few hundred to repair. So glad I talked to Joel! If it was possible, I'd give 6 stars. This was a roof replacement on a house from 1907. Not an easy thing to do, pitch of the roof and all. Anyway the crew showed up on time per agreement. And they were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. The whole thing took 3.5 days. And, not that they were responsible but it was during a 4 day dry spell at the end of March! So no problems with rain. And one thing I can't help but mention - I had rain gutter covers on my house and i expected to have to do it over again after the roof replacement. Nope! The crew put them back on when they were finished with the roof! Amazing! They cleaned up and hauled away the debris. Simply can't say enough positive things. Give them an opportunity. read more

If you need a job done well, Chase Construction is not for you! I will never use them again. We contracted with Chase to install waterproof deck membranes (DECTEC) on two of our decks. This required installing new plywood under the membrane and replacing and painting the house siding as needed. We specifically mentioned in the contract "Provide shimming (under the new plywood) as needed to create slope for drainage to eliminate ponding water". They installed the DECTEC but didn't do adequate shimming, resulting in ponds of water developing on the deck and they never got around to doing the required painting. They refused to remedy the ponding, saying it met their needs effectively! read more

We used Chase Construction NW for roof repairs when we first bought our house in the past and more recently just had a full roof replacement completed with them. The pricing was great, the service was very quick, and they did a great job cleaning up after. We appreciated they suggested a sub roof be installed over our current (old) shiplap, the other companies that quoted the roof didn't. Our house is older and doesn't have insulation everywhere so the sub roof has drastically improved our HVAC use/electric costs already. ..We just need new gutters now to match the new pretty roof we have.. You can't go wrong with this company. We had surprises when we pulled off the roof. They dealt with each "surprise" in an understanding and professional manner. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into a 5 day job. They found out we had a home appraisal on Monday and so they worked Sat. & Sunday so that it was done. It was so beautiful when they finished. They cleaned up after themselves and around the house after the job was done each day. This is the best company ever. I recently had my roof replaced by Chase Construction North Wes. They did an amazing job. Installers were polite, respectful and fast. The entire job only took two and a half days. They started early and worked late in the evenings. As you can see from the photos I have a lot of peaks and different levels. Every night they completely cleaned up everything on the property. It didn't even look like they had been here. I felt I got a fair price with a great warranty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof. read more

Throughout the process, communicatioi was excellent. We have a pitched roof as well as a flat garage roof. Very satisfied with the work done by Chase. They were very professional from start to finish. We had a 40 yr. old concrete tile roof which had to be replaced along with fascia, gutters, vents and new CDX. They beat all the prices and were able to complete the entire job (42 square) in 5 days. When the gutter contractor wasn't able to do the work on time they found another and had that finished within 2 days. We went with the Grand Sequoia Mesa shingles and were very happy with that choice! read more
