The job turned out amazing. I realize I'm speaking about an attic, but every bit of the old insulation was removed, new insulation was installed and Ken made the point to seal all points around lights and fans that penetrate the ceiling. He also added several upgrades including one to fasten the gas line to my HVAC until to ensure it was safe and secure. I called a few different companies to get estimates on the repair for the roof and SlopePro Roofing was one of them. Derrick (Project Manager), who came out and inspected our roof informed us that we could get a repair, but we will have to redo our whole roof in -5 years. The other companies tried to scam us and stated we needed our roof redone ASAP. Derrick was honest, understanding, and upfront. The service from the initiate visit to the completion of the job was 100% customer satisfaction. Derrick took the time to explain everything to me and my parents. He did not try to upsell or pressure my parents into getting a new roof, but rather the facts (repairs vs replacement). Sent over the estimates (repair vs replacement) and had 3 levels of options to choose from. We ended up replacing our whole roof because it made more sense and the prices are very affordable. We ran into a slight hiccup on the day of, but Derrick stayed in communication at all times and answered each and every question we had. He and his team did a fabulous job sanding and scrapping all the old paint off. Then they applied three coats of Sherwin-Williams satin latex paint to the trim.
