Yesterday I wanted to buy a fuel filter for a side-by-side. Dustin thought I said fuel pump, even though I said I wanted two. Obviously he wasn't listening. On the second trip to Chase I got two fuel filters. Just tried to install them and they leak gasoline. IT'S THE WRONG FUEL FILTER!! read more

I took them my can am outlander to fix the clutches because it had rusted. it took almost a month (which was partially because it took a while for the parts to come in) when I got the outlander back and took it in water the belt box flooded immediately. I then took it back to them and they were very difficult hinting that it was my fault. i eventually got them to cover the labor cost but still had to pay for the parts to fix where it had flooded. I got it back the next day claiming they had fixed it and cleaned it out. when I got home i pulled the drain plug on the belt box and water came out . I am never going back and I suggest you do the same. read more

As of this week I've purchased 3 motorcycles from Chase. Every time I visit the guys are laid back and very friendly. My wife and I were trying to find her the perfect bike and we came in every weekend to Chase and they had new bikes to sit on and test ride until we found the right one. The first two bikes were perfect too! I go back for all my maintenance and just to browse and see all the cool stuff they have in. Their building is really cool and fun to browse around the bikes and gear. Definitely worth a visit. Be patient if they are busy, it's worth the wait! read more

Took a $500 worthless old 4 wheeler to get some minor work done . Service dept told me $160 in parts , i figured $300-$400 to keep the old thing runnin . So i said go ahead n fix it . They called few weeks later told me it was ready . I said how much ? They said $780. I was like wtf ? With $160 in parts . Guy on phone said well we had to order more parts to fix it right. Ummmmm they never called for me to approve . Like i said the old 4 wheeler was only worth like $500. I told em keep it ! Liars . I would not trust them . Buyers Beware. read more
