When other dogs would come out, they were all well-behaved. - I believe this shows they do a good job of accepting well-mannered dogs so that the daycare is a safe place for their dogs. Unfortunately, none of the staff assigned to that room (At least the several times I watched) attempted to help integrate our dog with the pack. Staff working the room didn't appear to even acknowledge our dog whenever he was in the video frame. After about 3 hours of this, I called and asked to pick him up. I had high hopes for sending our dog there on a regular basis, but it doesn't appear the staff paid much attention during the meet & greet.

She is sooo happy to see them and she flies into their arms. I can tell she loves coming to Woof's. They give me a report and send me photos so I can watch her progress. We purchased her puppy package for in-home training sessions with our French Bulldog, Greta. Not only did Pam teach us how to interact with her, but Greta LOVED her and learned so much from her visits. At only four months, Greta is now potty trained, comes on command, sits on command, gives, 'hi-fives,' is crate trained, started to learn how to go on walks with a harness, knows command, 'up,' and 'off,' can fetch, and we learned how to calm her when she gets over stimulated. She even began some skateboarding with her! Of course we have to put in the work to continue to in grain these things in a puppy, but I can't even begin to convey the wealth of knowledge Pam imparted on us, so that we could acclimate more into puppy life and so Greta fit into ours. Pam teaches the human as well as the dog giving you a wealth of information, going above and beyond so that you know why a dog does the things they do, how to manage the behavior, and how the dog will absorb the training. She eased my worries and I was pleasantly surprised how expertly she worked with little ones. I can't recommend her services enough.

We gave up because it didn't work. I did notice my little guy sleeping on the floor in the late evening, and we had requested a private room for him which he never received. I wasn't too upset about it, but did mention it to the staff. The manager called quickly and was honest about things (biz picking up as Covid eases, they didn't have one available, and their staff is very new) which I understand. All in all, I liked this spot. I was a tiny bit frustrated that he wasn't able to get what we requested, but at the end of the day it was OK. My wife asked where they had been all day, and they said they had been separated but saw dogs in passing. Which made us think they had been in a kennel all day.
