I consider my relationship with Wells Fargo unprecedented after having experienced other banks such as Bank of America and Chase and this location particularly really presents the image and culture worthy as worthy as Wells Fargo Bank. I understand that as a financial institution they are not the Red Cross however we do expect a pleasant, fair, honest and personal relationship with a business we are trusting our hard earned money with. I must tell you in many occasions, situations, and circumstances I have been surprised finding that human touch and personal experience and help I have never found in other banks. Bankers are very attentive and the location for me is very convenient. Never have a problem over there.

Horrible experience. One teller available, plenty of people working there but not to serve us but to sit on a desk typing away. The manager is no help. read more

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Been with this branch since it has opened- never had a bad experience. There's always someone to greet you right when you come in. Every time I had a question or problem, they fixed it immediately. Surprisingly, it is also never crowded. So service is fast. I'm glad they're so close to me too. It's the perfect scenario. I must say this is the best bank i have been to period. It is new so, we will see...... It is clean, the people are so friendly and courteous. If i had much money, I would deposit all of it in that branch (i know they dont need me). The Parent company refused my loan mod last year and i had a special hatred for them but that branch is just wonderful. I will continue to deal with them. read more

Banking... one of those dull chores I try to avoid at all costs! This Wells Fargo branch has however changed my outlook on banking. There is always someone ready to greet customers at the door, if there is a line you can guarantee one of the staff members sat in the office will run out to help you! They're always smiling and honestly make banking quite fun! Who knew that was even possible!? Let's not forget the bottles of water and lollipop's they have on hand too. Well before 1-6-2014 I have never stepped foot in a Wells Fargo establishment, and in 7 business days which is the time it takes for my funds to clear considering the large amount deposited (A LOT OF DOUGH), I will be closing my account which would be my very last time in a Wells Fargo establishment. In fairness, the young lady who greeted me at the door was a pure gem. Extremely nice and approachable. This sweet young lady guided me to a banker based on my personal needs. I met with a gentleman by the name of Karo who had given the body language of "Oh damn, what do you want". I suppose it was late and I may have been his last client for the day. He wasn't very talkative nor did he try to get to know me. I explained that I wish to open a savings account (I thought that he would explain different types of saving accounts, but he did not) and presented the check to Karo. It was a rather large amount, so I'm not sure if he thought I was a possible fraudulent individual, but he acted strange. I immediately pointed out the phone printed on the check where he or a manager can verify funds, but he ignored that and asked what's this for? Did you sell a car? At this point I wanted to grab my check and walk out, but didn't want to be profiled no more than I already have been. So I pointed out AGAIN the verification number and listed on the front of check was the reason for payment. He (karo) didn't appear to be convinced that I was "legit" so I showed him the statement test the check was attached to. He read it front and back and no emotion or sense of trust. Well, long story short - he calls the check in, I suppose after a few minutes of waiting he comes back and sets me up with an account. He working on his computer quietly, turns the monitor my way and says "I need your signature" he didn't explain what I'm signing nor did he allow me time to read the disclosures as he CLICKED AGREE or YES for me (not sure which one, personally didn't get a chance to read it). I did mention to karo (it would have been nice to read that) but he didn't respond at all. I need to consult with my attorney regarding that issue. Any way i can continue with my experience, but what's the point. I will end with this - as he was wrapping things up, I asked a lot of questions about pulling my money out. His service was just awful. I wasn't expecting RED CARPET SERVICE because of the amount deposited, but certainly a warm, friendly, inviting and pleasant experience. So all these years of walking pass Wells Fargo - I realized that I wasn't missing anything special. I bank with chase anyway. Just wanted to separate my funds. read more

Amazing service! I have never walked into a WF and not been greeted as if I was a king. Every staff member is so nice. Afterwords, I had to go to BOA and stood in line with a parrot eating a lollipop. No Lie, check my Facebook(Sam Morrison). I cannot think of ANY business that treats every guest with such care. I love you guys and thank you. Also, the cashier who helped me gave me all 2dollar bills and ones. I requested it and she was happy and smiling at such a silly request. Also, not to be weird, but your staff is the most beautiful anywhere. I told a guy that if they start losing money, just open a dating service. It was in good taste, Im a comedian. Extremely nice and friendly tellers. I'm not even a Wells Fargo bank customer but I came in asking to get change for a $20 and they were very nice and polite about it. Other businesses had turned me down since they just opened and didn't have the change. read more

The worst Bank branch is this Well Fargo in Studio City. Reps under trained which caused problems with my accounts. The manager is the rudest person I met ever managing a bank who didn't care and said its not my department. Yes you under trained rep is reflection of your management. If this was my business she would be terminated on the spot for ignorance and rude conduct. read more
