Customer service is superb and they have great interest rate deals on CD's, home loans, etc. Parking can be a little difficult at times but you can find a park. I got an e mail stating that my account savings is going down to 1% May 1 even tho I have it locked in until December. I have been trying to call them for TWO DAYS just leaving the phone on, waiting for someone to pick it up. Both times after an hour and a half waiting, you are clicked off. I am going to go there in person and Close my Account and NEVER EVER bank with them again~!!! This is a Bad Deal Bank and I'll bet they are going to go out because they sure don't offer you a molecule of customer service. Don't bank here. You will NEVER get through if you call them. I've been to this branch several times to try and put money in my account or make payments on my mortgage or car loan. Every single time they have updated equipment, computer, computers, etc. They can never find my account it takes a half hour to do a deposit payment. I would not recommend this bank. Everyone is very nice but they're compromised by their service. Additionally anytime I've tried to mail things and it 100% gets lost. This is been going on for years. Edder, that's who you need to go with. Even though things didn't work out in the end, the whole process with him has been a pleasure. Was looking into getting their triple 0 credit card to help smooth out cash flow over the next few months after a small remodel, and he was patient, informative, and hard working. Due to my unique situation, the credit union's underwriters were ultimately not willing to approve my credit card application, which is understandable. However, I nagged Edder 3-4 times to get them to reconsider, offering explanations, providing documents, statements and more. Each time, he took the time to reach out to the underwriters, escalate, and fight for my case, putting in tons of time and effort for someone who has had no previous relationships or status with the bank. He would call me back promptly and provide me with updates and new information. In the end, he was able to secure an alternative solution for me, which I opted to not take. That is 100% NOT his fault, and if anything, I am thankful for him going above and beyond to secure an Option B for me. He did not have to do that, yet he did. If future opportunities arise, I will definitely consider working with Edder again. read more

You would be better served to find another bank. I've had Premier for many years dating back to Telesis. If there is something you need from Premier, they will go the extra mile to foul it up for you. They will find new and exciting ways to disappoint. Awful awful awful. Departments are like silos, they don't know who they are, they won't speak with them....despite the fact they are in the same building. My recent auto loan was a nightmare from the first day....the loan rep, the supervisor, the manager, the insurance handling....all of it. Along the way, phone disconnections, promises to call back or email (failed) and more......all of it horrible. And, the cherry on the top a supervisor (Carla) who is most interested in hearing her own words, not yours, is dismissive and apathetic to the customer's needs and just wants to get off the phone more than anything. Im not happy with U.S. bank taking over union bank that I've had an account with for 30+ years. I decided that since I had already had a savings and checking account here from when I had a car loan, I decided to move my money here. I just got off the phone with the customer service line and this lady by the name of (Eva) was so attentive , helpful, and resourceful, that in my opinion, she should be promoted to management and really even higher. Our bank manager is great and so it the online banking. The other staff seem to struggle from time to time, we had three cards that were supposed to be closed long time ago which their fraud department cached later for us. Scary. So I stopped asking for help or getting cards issued if our manager isn't there. Why does it always smell like 1 million farts just outside the entrance? If you're hoping for a friendlier local banking experience, look elsewhere. I encountered a problem cashing a check and needed the funds immediately. They informed me a hold needed to be placed, which is understandable. But having the contact info for all parties involved, I asked them to call and verify the funds so they could be released immediately. Instead of even attempting this, they told me it couldn't be done, and rebuffed every effort to accommodate my problem with endless repetitions of "it's policy". After half an hour of arguing, they finally tried, for the first time, doing what I'd asked for in the beginning and called the other bank to verify, the funds were released immediately and in full. If the employees had an ounce of spine or initiative, this would have been the easiest transaction in the world. Instead, they clung to corporate policy and made no effort at all to actually assist me. The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is that they stayed calm and did continue to listen in the face of my admittedly inappropriate frustration. However if they had attempted actual customer service from the start instead of parroting policy, all frustration could have been avoided. This is not the first time I've encountered frustrating policy from Premier as a company, problems that I've never had with larger banks. If I'm not getting a more personal experience from Premier, why am I settling for having so few branches, in network ATMs, long lines in the branch, and the same kinds of fees and interest rates I'd get elsewhere? I'm closing my account with this company and moving to Chase, the company that DID make the exception for me today. Tl;Dr: lazy, unhelpful, but patient. read more

Since I was planning to open a business account, purchase a car and get a new credit card, she introduced me to Sabino who was both prompt and efficient. I was instructed to come down and Miss Charlene would literally provide the most Genuine Exceptionally Pleasant Service humanly possible and Savino took care of the rest.... Id be coming in after having gotten out of a Memorial Service of a dear friend plus emotionally handling so much all at once i wasnt even excited of my bday coming in a few days while Savino handled an application for an emergency loan due to being affected by Covid-19, Miss Charlene would use that time to check in provide water giving the Words of encouragement and display not only Customer Service that feels Scripted every where else .... But Compassion and Empathy even telling me she noticed my head down and to leave here with my head high.... it would be explained that there was no Guarantee id be approve but left there with a since Worth and Encouragement something not felt all year at that point. Next Morning I recieve a phone call to come in and Sign paperwork I was Approved. Id come in and there they both were again diligently rescuing and support other members with there respective issues but showing actual compassion and interests in members so while alot of places use the Family moniker to promote.... Miss Charlene and her team at the Hollywood Branch genuinely showed me to still have Faith in Humanity and to keep pushing but when or lose keep my head up.... took care of car payment to get caught up .... to care of other obligations still had a little left over to enjoy my bday taking a small trip and today I started that new job and able to maintain stability while I start my life over ..... but none of that wouldve been possible with not only their assistance but their sense of caring to the point they'll look at all options possible and when or lose giving you a since of encouragement. Karen could have easily done the perfunctory thing and sent me to the website. But nope. She proceeded to tell me website THEN started searching specific locations, writing down details, asking questions to narrow the search. She didn't have to do that. But, on second thought she probably does have to that because it's who she is. Helpful. Focused. Organized. Nobody was watching. She wasn't showing off for a visiting executive of Premier. Overall I'm very Happy with this Branch and For the most Part all the Staff here are very helpful with the EXEPTION OF one of the Managers here I believe it's Amy, shes in the Main Picture with all Black dress She's Absolutely Rude. She is Arrogant, unprofessional and Has a really Nasty attitude. Every question I asked her she had a short answers and with attitude. And frankly, she was not very informative. This is the third time I've had an issue with her but I've never complained. The first time I had a problem with her was probably two years ago or so but I let it go thinking she had a bad day. I've been a member of PACU since 2002 and I've always been happy with them. So much better than a TBTF bank! I received exceptional service from a teller the other day. Here's what happened: Earlier in the day, I had to go to BofA for a business deposit. The men are wearing casual clothes and look like they're going to hang out with friends. This was on a midweek day too, not casual Friday. After BofA, I headed off to PACU for my business and personal banking. I was helped by a wonderful teller, Hailee. She was dressed very professionally - a huge plus! She was super friendly and somehow remembered that I has done a cross country drive to pick up my new car (actually an old car, but new to me)! We talked for a moment, she helped with a couple deposits and I went on my way. Today, I received a thank you note from Hailee - what a nice touch. I feel like a valued customer! I went in to make a deposit after taking the trip from the south bay to a branch in the Valley, the trip alone was 40 min. When I got there there was one teller with someone doing a transaction. Plus one male employee sitting at a desk, A few minutes after I got there there was a very pretty women walked in and was waiting in line next to me. The male employee instead of talking to me pulled the very pretty women and left me in line. Once I got to the teller she had to get a manager to help me since the amount of the deposit was over her control, which means I had to wait longer. The trip home was not much better then they way up it was almost 50 min on the way home. read more

This has got to be one of the worst companies I've had to work with. I don't do this often but at this point I have no choice. Just waited nearly an hour to talk to someone but have a meeting to attend and couldn't wait any longer. For some reason my login for online access doesn't work anymore- nothing changed and I didn't forget/lose my password(I have them securely stored). When I request a new password or username reminder- just in case for some reason it changed- the page displays that a password reset has been emailed to me. But no email ever comes. I now can't access my account information and have no way of contacting them as they don't have nearly enough customer support. Every time I've called I've had to wait a very extensive amount of time to talk to someone. How this place is still in business is astounding. This isn't my first bad experience. A few month ago, they inexplicably notified the credit bureaus that I didn't make my auto loan payment which SIGNIFICANTLY affected my credit score. This company is an absolute mess and need to cut all ties with them. I recommend you do the same. read more
