That should tell you what type of person you would be dealing with. I had firsthand experience with Lucas Board. He did some plumbing work for me and I honestly think a first grader could have done better. Everything he did would not pass code nor inspection. He ruined my vanity, purposely did damage to my shower (IMO) and way overcharged for the work he did. The plumbing line coming out of the wall to the toilet was placed on my baseboard, the shutoff valve was for a dishwasher and he left a hole in the wall. When I brought it to his attention, he asked me, "do you have one of those toilet bowl brushes and a wastebasket?" I answered, "yes". He said, "just set those in front of the hole and you will never notice it". I could go on and on. Check criminal history and lawsuits brought against both Lucas Board and his wife.
