The Chase Sapphire lounge at LGA is located in terminal B. Depending on the time, a wait might be required, as I had waited around an hour before getting a text message notifying me it was ready. The lounge is one level down and the staff responsible for check in were helpful and friendly. Once inside, I could see why everyone was waiting to get in. Although full, the lounge area felt spacious, with a wide variety of seating areas. Each table allows for ordering food and drinks directly to the table, while there was also a self serve counter with tons of options as well. During my visit, I enjoyed a fried chicken burger as well as a salmon dish, along with some of their signature drinks like the Sapphire Spritz. Wait aside, I thought this was a great experience. The staff were quick to turn over spaces once people left, and everything was kept organized and well stocked.

One of my perks with my Amex is I get a lounge visit to a chase sapphire lounge once a year. I was in NYC on a business trip so I had several hours to kill before my flight and took advantage of that visit and went to the Chase Sapphire Lounge. This experience was definitely a luxury and premium experience compared to other lounges I have visited in the past. I found a comfortable table with chair and set my belongings down and the bar tender kindly greeted me and made a delicious espresso martini with a smile on his face as well! The bar has several drink options to choose from which are all complimentary. The food selection was pretty amazing since there was many healthy options available and there was even a QR code to order more food to your table and included a great and wide variety option. The drink section was spectacular! They had bottles and cans available including energy and electrolyte beverages. They had cold brew on tap as well and all the alternative milk options available. I will say the best part about this lounge is the spa service where I got a mini facial and the spa person was very kind and explained each step and I swear my skin had never felt cleaner! I was so happy to be going back home with glowing skin. This lounge almost makes me want to change my credit card provider for travel!

I love stopping by here anytime I travel from LaGuardia. The lounge itself is beautiful, makes you feel like you are inside of a speakeasy at the airport. Compared to other airport lounges I've visited, the food here is amazing! Some food items could be improved, but for the most part you get a delicious gourmet entree. Service is quick, and everyone is super attentive. My only complaint is that I can never get a facial appointment, they are always booked a ways out.

I'm a United lounge guy. Always have been. Never saw the point of the Amex Centurion scene... seemed like the kind of place where people sit around being impressed with themselves. My kids and I rolled into the Chase Sapphire Lounge at LaGuardia's Terminal B, and I will not lie to you... it made me a little sad. Not in a bad way. Sad because Denver doesn't have one of these, and now I know what I'm missing every single time I fly out of DIA. Here is the deal. Made-to-order cocktails. REAL ones. Not the sad pour-your-own well whiskey situation you get at most lounges. A bartender. Craft drinks. Actual effort. And the food? You sit down. A server comes to you. You ORDER. Like a restaurant. I got a sandwich that had no business being that good inside an airport terminal. The kids got NA cocktails... and they were into it. Like genuinely excited. That alone tells you something about how this place operates. Oh and there are facials up on the second level. Complimentary. We didn't plan for the time, so we skipped it, but... that's a thing that exists. In an airport. In New York. (I know.) I'm a loyal United lounge guy and that's not changing. But this Sapphire Lounge? It's the first time I've ever actively rooted for a flight delay. That is not a sentence I expected to type. Damn you, Denver. Get one of these.

My visit during 2PM on a Tuesday was a lot more busy than I expected, but there was still no wait. A couple of things I ate: - LGA burger: pretty good, although not as much 'funkiness' with the anchovies and such flavorings that were supposed to be in the sauce; the fries were just alright, I might skip them next time - Caesar salad: I got the dressing on the side; this one is good when you're craving fresh veggies - Off the buffet, I got brisket and succotash (veggies were good, the brisket was a little dried up), curried cauliflower (not that much flavor, would skip), and the chili sweet chicken (simple but well executed) - I forget which cocktail I got, but it was their version of an espresso martini although much more fruit-forward; I like this the most so far - I also got some of the desserts, and they were all decent

World class workers. I had a major flight delay from 2 pm all the way til next morning. United kept pushing my flight back. Lori, who was managing the spa and relaxation pods, took care of me during this stressful situation. I even got a free facial from Raisa, who's super knowledgeable and friendly about skincare products (wish her well on her healthcare endeavors!). The food was good too. I hope they continue to offer this level of service every day.

As Americans, I am confident to say that most of us, especially those who love travel, have been waiting for this for a long time. I am of course talking about a single lounge to open in America that we can be proud of. Not just proud of in comparisons between Delta Skyclubs where a breath of fresh air costs extra money and American Admiral's Lounges that resemble a retirement home, but being perfectly comfortable to brag about a lounge on a global standard. Having opened in 2024, this is a brilliantly creative usage of limited space inside the new terminal. In particular, the second story is built in a room that would normally just have a high ceiling, but the architects did an incredible job not making it seem too cramped. Sure, one could argue that more separation between people and space would be nice to make this truly world class, but Sapphire lounge makes up for that in so many other wise. For starters, the system of QR code orders and plentiful waiters is wonderfully efficient, creating some parallels to the Virgin lounge in Heathrow. The food that's buffet style is in individual plates, creating a more pleasant presentation and keeping things clean. The cocktail collaboration with Apotheke is perhaps the highlight, with some incredible selections by one of New York's best speakeasies. Wine list is well curated also with bottles in the $20-30 range retail and an extra focus on highlighting New York wineries. While this isn't a huge lounge, every detail of it is immaculate. It is clean, meticulously serviced and feels much more exclusive than any offering I've seen from Amex Centurion or airline lounges in the US. While one can certainly note many more luxurious lounges globally, this is an incredible step forward and Chase pulled it off.

I'm always excited to be able to use the chase sapphire lounge at the LGA when I fly to visit my friend! The drinks are spectacular - their matcha drink at the bar was sold out :( everyone demanded it. I picked up some food and ordered the burger on the menu. Some are Cabbage and gorgonzola Korean chicken in a bun Chickpea with pesto and roasted red peppers Apple crisp I got 3x of the apple crisp (don't mind me) and the food was great. I give this place 4 stars - 5 stars for the vibes but 3 stars for the food. Some of it tastes lacking in freshness or a nice flavor.

The LGA Chase Sapphire lounge definitely sets the bar for US airport lounges. It was my first time flying out of LGA in ages, and now I have more reason to do so. Modern decor, relaxing atmosphere, comfy seating, great lighting Multi-level (hung out upstairs for more space/breathing room) Super fast WiFi (311 down, 411 up) QR code (scan to order), wide variety of high quality F&B (incl mocktails) Multiple coffee bars & bathrooms (downstairs, upstairs) 360 bar, arcade room, kids play room, suites (x3), comp 30m facials Location: Terminal B (level 4, near Brooklyn Diner) Hours: 430am-930pm (daily) 2F elevator = easy exit

Used my priority pass and so glad we made a last minute decision to check in out. (I was already all settled in next door at Centurion with my two small kids). I thought it would be equally chaotic and the food would be similar. If you have the opportunity to choose - go to this lounge and don't waste time at any other lounges. They have a wider food and drink selections. I somehow lucked out and scored a last minute facial. The lounge was much more spacious.

Really nice lounge! The burger and sapphire spritz were excellent. I was lucky enough to get a facial - that was pretty underwhelming but good for free. It was about ten minutes under a red light and five if moisturizing

En route to the JetBlue flights we easily found our sapphire lounge. There was plenty of seating lots of delicious foods and clean stocked restrooms. Staff cleaned the tables and kept food options well stocked. I started with sparkling wine, shrimp cocktail & a custom burger. Everything was delicious!!! This is the most comfortable, delicious place to sit for a flight.

Amazing. Simply amazing. Worth keeping my Ritz Carlton credit card just so I can go to this wonderful lounge before my flight. I ordered non-alcoholic drinks and a burger, turkey sandwich with sauerkraut and a Caesar salad, loved the chick peas.

The staff are consistently polite and accommodating, and the lounge is spacious, with plenty of seating and convenient charging options for phones and laptops. The standout feature is the bar. The stools are comfortable, making it an inviting spot to relax, and bartender Luz serves outstanding Bloody Marys with a friendly smile. Keep in mind that while standard drinks are complimentary, top-shelf spirits come with an additional charge. Overall, it's a pleasant lounge that delivers a comfortable pre-flight experience, even if the food isn't the main attraction.

But, it's large enough to easily accommodate all needs. We saw a bar area, some quiet working areas, an area for plane watching, relaxing and charging areas, a sports/TV seating area, etc. It's much larger than it appears if you walk off to the sides away from the buffet. Delta must've heard the complaints from frequent Sky Club members who were tired of the exact same thing on each buffet/menu every single day which gets old if you travel a lot. So, they are changing out their menu items, updating them throughout the day, and really trying to up the game so it's worth it to continue to pay for this amenity. Staff were regularly walking around clearing trash and tables and finished plates. Staff kept the bathrooms spotless and the floors clear and clean. We had to wait about 10 minutes one day to get inside, but easily found seats, and didn't wait at all the second time inside and again, easily found seats with plenty more to spare. This lounge has loads of windows for plane watching and sky gazing and has lots of comfy seats and charging areas as well as some much larger communal tables if you are with a group. Hot coffee, great buffet, and much better than sitting at a gate for 3 hours.

Going in and busy checking out the place, I did not notice a soda machine on the right. Further in, I saw a fairly full bar and went there and ordered my soda. No issues at all. Super pleasant bartender. Next to the bar was the buffet. Decent enough spread. Salad, sandwiches, hot entrees, and desserts. Mixed greens salad was good. I topped it with some corn, beets, and cherry tomatoes and added some blue cheese dressing. Very nice. A very good start. Next up, cold entree section. A new tray of chicken salad wraps came out. Got two pieces along with some cold cuts and 2 slices of cheese. The chicken salad wraps were awesome. Right amount of crunch with celery, good amounts of chicken, and I got a bit of sweetness, from grapes, maybe. Very delicious. My appetite allowed me to try the hot entrees. The rice offering was interesting. The spicy chicken was more than adequate, plenty of white chicken pieces with sauce that was perfectly spiced. At the end, carrot cake for dessert was recommended by another passenger. I tried it and was pleasantly surprised. Perfect ending to the meal. All throughout the meal, I was going back to the bar for a soda refill. Must have had at least 3 refills. The bartender never hesitated nor questioned the refill. I noticed he was a super busy worker, tending the bar, making sure the buffet items didn't go empty and looked presentable, and refilling the drink containers with ice. Throughout the meal, the cleaning staff was on point to graciously take the used plates and utensils, never forceful. All in all, everyone working there was super. When I left and saw that soda machine, I felt a bit goofy that I bothered the bartender so much. So, props and thanks to the bartender for putting up with me. Made my travels much more relaxed/pleasant.
