Great experience! Getting your car towed is never a spectacular part of your day, but Bijan and JD will make sure you are well taken care of. I was having an issue with my vehicle overheating and my mechanic advised me to get it towed. I requested a quote from local businesses on Yelp and Bijan was very quick in responding with a great estimate. I asked for permission to ride in the tow truck to the next destination and they allowed me do so as long as both the driver and I wore our masks (COVID-19). I am very appreciative that they let me ride along so I wouldn't be stranded. It was about a 50 minute wait due to the driver having another tow job, but I was okay waiting and Bijan made sure to keep me updated with an ETA. JD gave me a call when he was 10 minutes away to make sure I was ready for his arrival. I completed my transaction smoothly over the phone with Bijan and was good to go! Loading was fast and efficient. JD did not use the hooks. Instead he drove my car up on the loading ramp to prevent any hook damage since my car was still slightly operable. I felt safe and comfortable riding in the passenger seat of the truck. JD was very kind and his truck was clean and smelled nice. This is the best customer service I've experienced working with towing companies and you can tell they make an effort to do an honest job and provide great service.
