Tell your insurance providers to stop using these people. they were very late, lacked the appropriate equipment in the truck to properly tow and caused $1,200 in damage to my vehicle. Now, completely unresponsive when I'm trying to get any updates on the insurance claim they said they filed on my behalf. read more

Same story as mostly everyone else it seems. Got set up with tow threw insurance, was told 11:10 - 11:50am on Thursday. It's now Saturday and I've called them at least 20 times on every number I could find. Wish I looked at reviews before accepting this trash company. Was told it's best for someone to be home at time of service. Now wife is out a day of work, we are back multiple days in a resolution to our car while renting costing us hundreds of dollars. Basically the same review as everyone else. Excepted the job from Allstate, then never picked up the phone or even bothered to show up to the car. Waited four hours for absolutely nothing. A&E towing ended up saving me, but if it was up to Chase towing I would've been there forever. read more

These people never showed up after having me sit there for two hours for no reason I finally figured out a way to get the jack in the trunk to work for me. I ended up having to change to the donut and then realized that was flat so I had to sit in the side of the road even longer as I waited for my sister to bring me her air pump. Thankfully she w as able to get there withjn like 20 minutes. But yea you call these people numerous times only to get a voicemail that is full and unable to take your anger fueled rant you want to cuss them out with for continuously bulshitting and upsaying the pep boys roadside assistance people that they were a few minutes away. They did that like 7 times. They truly are inconsiderate and pep boys along with any other company contracting them to perform basic tow needs should all cut ties with these jerkoffs. read more

Keep communication They said it would take 65 minutes to get here 65 minutes has passed and then it says they are now in route I tried to call them on several different phone numbers and nobody answers. Gerrard was earlier than the anticipated arrival time, vehicle was parked at a difficult angle but he sucessfully got the vehicle on the ramp truck and delivered to the location we provided to him. Great job. read more

Chase towing is exactly what the other fourteen 1 star reviews have claimed. Absolutely terrible. The 5 star review has to be someone related to and/or associated with this company. They have been reported to Allstate roadside assistance as a scam company, and a provider that they should never use again. Our claim was submitted at 8:12pm, and Chase accepted the tow. Truck was to arrive between 9:40 and 10:05. Waited (90+ mins extra) until 11:40pm with no contact... multiple calls to the listed number that goes straight to voicemail just as others have claimed. Allstate dispatched another company and they were fantastic. DO NOT let your roadside assistance source Chase as your rescue provider. They will not show up. As I post this, they are over 30 hours late with ZERO contact/follow up. Report this terrible business to your roadside assistance provider. read more

Absolutely horrible. I was first told they would be out within 45 minutes which actually was about an hour and a half plus, then the guy told me he wouldn't be able to tow my truck with the flat bed truck. I was okay at first and understood and he told it would be 45 minutes to get another truck out here. After waiting almost 2 hours, still no response so I called the guy and he then told me he would call me back in 20 minutes. To no surprise, I did not hear back from him not did i get any answers/returned calls and there is no way to leave a voicemail. read more

My car would not start on the coldest day of the year this year, so my road side assistant sent Chase. These two guys came and tried to jump start my car with a battery charger and their charger ran out of power they said in about a minute. And they just left. I just think that was wrong and the could have offered to jump my car with their car. Or something... read more

DO NOT USE THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! I needed lockout service and the guy showed up an hour later. I went out to the parking lot to find him trying to open a vehicle that wasn't mine. He then attempted to open my vehicle with an Air Jack for about 3 seconds and gave up because he couldn't wedge it in between my door and the body of my vehicle. He then suggested I get a locksmith instead which is ridiculous because any service tech worth their salt would've been able to open the door. A short while later, the dispatcher called me to find out what happened and once I told her I was refusing payment she proceeded to call me vile names (c***y dbag) and make fun of the vehicle the service tech was originally and illegally trying to break into (which had a daisy on the wheel cover...that's what she thought was ridiculous and made fun of). FTR, One Ten Towing came out in 10 minutes, used the Air Jack and had my door open in 5 seconds. So if you need service in the Haverhill, MA area, One Ten Towing are your people. If i could give 0 stars i would. Provided an ETA 1 to 1.5 hours after initial towing service was scheduled. After attemping to call them multiple times over the course of 1:05pm to 1:50pm i called Allstate who were also unable to contact them.
