When I told, I believe it was Matthew, things that contradicted what he was saying, he asked if i was a mechanic, i said no. He began mansplaining how there is diagnostics etc etc i advised him how I came to what the problem was. He then told me the part I was looking to have replaced was only going to available from the dealer. I advised it is available at O'Reillys for $70. At that point he told well you can fix it yourself and hung up on me. My take away and advice...if you know what you're talking about don't use this mobile mechanic. He probably won't come anyway because he can't charge you tons of money.

Derek was incredible, intelligent, intuitive and creative in his approach to tight quarters and a challenging tow. He came with ALL of his brain cells fully engaged and provided exceptional, precision service. As a professional restoration shop that requires tow services on a frequent basis, I was blown away by this company and I will definitely use them for all of my future tow requests. And in addition to the remarkable service, everyone that I spoke with was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional, which are traits that are extremely unusual in this industry.
