we went to zaks auto thinking they would take pride in their work. we have a 350z we trusted Zaks…read moreauto to care for and repair per our agreement. we had $3400 in suspension work and an alignment completed at Zaks per their guidance. we left there and of course a couple days later the slave cylinder went so it stayed parked in our driveway. until yesterday we brought it to another shop for service. they called us today notifying us that they found hand tightened bolts and advised the alignment needed to be done. The mechanic at Go Auto advised that this was extremely dangerous to drive the vehicle this way and stated it could not be driven out of their lot like it was. resulting in added labor to do what we paid Zaks auto to do. if you want to pay for things twice bring your car to Zaks.
