Please read before having an event here- I I hosted my nieces bridal shower here. When I looked at the place, I loved the "bougie" feel and knew she would too. I was told that with the decor package, they would take care of everything. I simply needed to tell them what colors I wanted for the theme. The package included the following- Themed plates, cups, napkins, and silverware (20 people) * Themed banner * Balloon garland * Table centerpieces * Cupcakes (for up to 15) * Fresh flowers on tables * Outdoor custom welcome sign * LED sign On the day of the shower, I arrived early to set up the food and drinks. In the rush of getting this done and guests arriving, I didn't realize things were missing. I did ask the employee about the cupcakes. She made a phone call and came back and said they hadn't ordered them. Nothing I could do about it then. She did say they would credit me something for it. Towards the end of the shower, I began thinking that other stuff was missing. It wasn't until I got home that I looked up the package details and realized I was missing many items - outdoor custom welcome sign - fresh flowers - led sign - cupcakes - glasses ( I did have paper plates, napkins and silverware) This is what I got - a balloon arch, paper plates, plastic silverware, vases with coffee beans and candles that didn't get lit, and a themed banner. Also, when you reserve the room it is for a private event. Customers who want to go to the coffee shop are to enter the coffee shop door. There was a couple and their child that walked through our "private" event 4 times with the employee allowing this and even one time walking them through. I feel that the employee should have informed them the first time to use the other entrance explaining a private event was going on. I reached out to the owner to discuss the missing items. I feel that she was defensive from the beginning. She said that the cupcakes are only for a child's birthday. I told her that there is no mention of that on their website. I told her that I picked her place and the decoration package because I knew my nieces would like all the added touches. Her response was that the missing things aren't important but it's that my nieces and guests enjoyed the shower and she was sure they did. I told her that if she knew all the things missing, she'd be disappointed that she didn't have them. I was also the one paying the bill and I wanted all the items I paid for to be there. I asked for a full credit of the decorations package since more than half the items weren't there. She refused because they had to take time to order the balloon arch and plates. She said she would give me a credit if what she feels is fair. I have yet to get any credit from her. That is why I am sharing my experience. If I were you I'd think twice before renting their "private " room. And if you do, definitely decorate it yourself. read more

Really good coffee. I ordered the cream pie latte iced They have tasty coffee. I do believe they should have more staff on hand.lots of open seating with great lighting. . Good customer service but I think they aren't able to take one customer at a time because of volume. read more

Great find! Stopped in to do some work and to use my Cincy Coffee Battles pass, I had no idea this place existed. It's a large space with multiple purposes: workspace, nail spa, cafe, nap room, child care facilities, yoga room. Love the concept and the aesthetic. The staff were all friendly and there was no wait on a weekday morning. I tried several things that were all delicious but my favorite was the peppermint tea. Strong peppermint flavor that was very refreshing. Would return! read more

I saw a post for their Oatmeal Cream Pie latte online and had to go and try it. The coffee was delicious don't get me wrong. Probably one of the best tasting coffees I've had with my preference of sweetness. The coffee was $7.55 which seems a little steep to me but with all these changing prices I'm not even sure anymore lol. I just wish there was enough room/a spot to study here because then I would for sure be back. But because it is so out of the way I don't really see myself coming here too often to just grab a drink and go. The coffee bar area is made really cute and the concept of it all is really unique. The service was also great. The barista was so kind and helped with what seasonal drink to get based off the different coffees I prefer. There is also plenty of parking in a lot that they have as their own and only for customer parking which is a very nice addition that I appreciate. read more

Say "hello" to one of my new favorite spots. I have been wanting to have a location where I could enjoy a good cup of coffee and conversation while my child was entertained. This place far exceeds my expectations for what I thought was possible. My daughter literally asks to go to the "coffee" shop weekly and lightly up when we get there. She gets a play date while I get to enjoy a service, take a trip down memory lane drinking my fave "oatmeal cream pie" or catch up on homework or regular work. The owners and staff are friendly. I've been following Chasing Cali since they were still building the location and it's been cool to see it come into its own! A great space for moms who need to get something done (nails, hair, massage, etc) or who want to have a coffee with a friend and need childcare to do so. Their play area for kids is great although the wooden slide I wish had some padding on the edges so kids don't bump their head going down. Overall a great spot for moms! read more

Stop using the cheapest cups available. The lid cannot be secured to the cup. I found this out at 70mph on the highway when the entire cup spilled into my crotch. I tried to put the lid back on, but there is no securing click/snapof a securpy fitting lid. It just sits on the rim, like the lid was heat deformed and became loose on the lid or the rolled cup rim was too small. Just cheap junk - and the wrong place to skimp on considering customers take the cup on-the-go. read more

Maybe this a newer place still trying to figure things out. My young children did enjoy their fancy lemonade beverages and the cups are cute. My "coffee" beverage was unfortunately promptly thrown into the garbage outside of the shop walking to the car. I should have trusted my gut and spoke up and cancelled the food order when the employee left me waiting to pay at the register while she carried an arm full of frozen packages from the back. I'll chalk this up to a $45 lesson for myself. I genuinely hope they can figure it out and make it work! read more

Me and my friend went here today for the first time with our two little ones to try it out. This place is truly a dream for working/stay at home moms and both of us were looking forward to it, the childcare was warm and inviting and made us comfortable dropping our two littles off. The coffee was also amazing and made it a true luxury experience. The whole place provides a really relaxing laid back atmosphere. My only complaint was the woman working the front desk, I mentioned a couple times that we were new and she seemed reluctant to answer questions, didn't show us around, or really explain where anything was. She didn't explain anything about the childcare or what to expect just guided us to the room. I would have loved to ask additional questions on other services provided memberships etc but would rather try and figure it out on my own. We will absolutely be back, just thought it was worth noting how uncomfortable and uninviting that comes off to a first time guest. read more

I love this place! Amazing coffee, Its an incredible spot for parents to work or hangout with friends while your kids get to play in a teacher led play space. You can also hit up the sauna, spa for nails, massage and hair. They have a nap room for adults, and an incredible event space with incredible staff. read more

Per my fiancé, "This place is such a vibe." My cousin & I noticed this spot while shopping for my wedding dress in the bridal district. It looked like the perfect setting to grab some informal engagement photos, so we went back the next day. Everyone was so nice & so accommodating...employees & patrons alike!
