Music could be loud as the venue is very small and you will be very close to the stage. They have two nice unisex bathrooms at the back of the stage. The music and performance were AMAZING! We sat at the bar seats next to the stage, which gave us a unique view--we could see how the performers interacted, the music sheets, their expressions, and more. A GREAT experience! Service & food: They charge a $15 admission fee, and each person must also order at least $15 worth of food or drinks--otherwise, you'll be charged the difference at the end. However, the food options are very limited, and the drinks are mid... I wish they would improve the menu and drink quality. I ordered one of their seasonal coffee drinks, something with orange and maybe honey? It was delicious but my favorite part was interacting with the staff. They were so friendly, asking about my day and just chatting. Sometimes baristas are a little aloof but not at Elliott. When I told her I was going to be there but to put it in a to-go cup because I'm clumsy and didn't want to spill it. She said "I'll carry it out for you. They have really expanded their food options and gotten really creative with their seasonal drinks. They also offer their own coffee beans for purchase and other items. I didn't get to try it when I stopped in, but was excited to see the birthday flight on the menu. It looks like something really fun to try and share with a friend, sampling 4 different drinks from the menu (for an excellent price). Service was great, even on a day where they seemed pretty busy. They kept the line down and kept conversation with the customers so it didn't feel like a wait. Lastly, I love the expansion of the community information at the front counter. It gives the coffee shop a true feeling of "all are welcome here" and support for each other.
