It took a while to be served. The waiter brought a pre-meal nibble to the table, which was nice, but it was tiny and not nearly enough for 7 adults to sample. When my glass of water spilled on the floor, none of the workers or the waiter even noticed and the water remained on the floor through out the meal. The food was plentiful but not great. When we wanted to take our left overs, the waiter brought over 7 containers and 7 plastic bags for us to assemble and bag ourselves. We were surprised to see that at a fine dining restaurant. I think that since the Shiraz waiters know they are getting a 20% tip no matter what, they don't have to go above and beyond. This restaurant should not be anyone's first choice with Chattanooga and Colbeh just a stones throw away.
